Now is the time to bet big on the Dolphins. This team has some experts questioning their defense and Tua’s ability to stay upright, but last week showed how great they can be. Their offense was unstoppable through the air, thanks to 215 receiving yards and two touchdowns from Tyreek Hill. The receiver has been unstoppable when paired with the ultra-accurate Tua, and they will wreak havoc against a respectable Patriots secondary on Sunday night.
While Miami’s offense stole all the headlines in Week 1, their defense played better than the box score shows. They gave up 36 points to the Chargers, but that was the best the Bolts will likely be all season. It was a rare game where they had Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and Austin Ekeler on the field. The Pats don’t have those kinds of playmakers, so expect the Miami defense to have a big game.

Here is another line that is set to low. Bookmakers are basing expectations on how Hill did against them in 2022. He managed just over 90 yards in their first meeting but was held to 55 when he faced them in Boston. However, that second game was with Teddy Bridgewater starting at quarterback. While he is a competent backup, there is a significant drop-off between Tua and himself.
While the 94 yards Hill posted against New England to open the 2022 season is considered a “quiet night,” it was also his first start in Miami. He and Tua have built a lot of chemistry since then, which was on full display last weekend.
We are using this as a leg in our parlay and as a single bet, as this will be the easiest money we can make this weekend.

There are a few different reasons that we are locking this leg in. The first is that the Dolphins scored seven points in the first quarter last weekend, which was their first 15 minutes of the season. Now that the offense has a game under their belt, they will come out firing on all cylinders after the opening whistle on Sunday night.
While the Patriots were able to keep things close with the Eagles, they dug themselves into a hole by going down 16-0 in the first quarter. Philadelphia let their foot off the gas after that, which allowed the Patriots to claw their way back into the game.
Given how quickly Miami can score, New England will open with another ugly first quarter on Sunday.

Rhamondre Stevenson struggled mightly against the Eagles’ elite defensive front. He is far from the only one to do so over the last two seasons, but he still managed to gain a combined 89 yards. Miami was gashed by Austin Ekeler in week one, who finished with 117 rushing yards and 47 receiving yards. Like Ekeler, Stevenson is a threat both as a rusher and a pass catcher, and we think he will find similar success on Sunday night.
Stevenson combined for over 79.5 yards in eight of the eleven games where he saw at least ten carriers. While Ekekiel Elliots is sharing the backfield with him, Stevenson is the more dangerous back, and we see him showing that against Miami this weekend.
