Thursday’s MLB slate is among the most competitive in a few weeks. There aren’t many heavy favorites, which makes the payout high if we can convert with correct selections.
The Giants are the heaviest favorite we’re listing in our MLB parlay today, and we’re adding the Cardinals and an under to the ticket.
As a special offer for new customers, FanDuel Sportsbook provides $150 in bonus bets if your first wager wins on the platform. This exclusive deal is available only through our link.

The San Francisco Giants and Colorado Rockies have struggled in the National League West. San Francisco is 17-21, while Colorado is 8-28. These clubs currently hold the last two places in the division.
Even though they’re close in the standings, the Giants are still the superior club. They’re better on the road than Colorado is at home, and we believe this will lead to a victory on Thursday.
Keaton Winn will pitch for the Giants. He is 3-4 with a 4.41 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP. He has allowed 27 hits in 34.2 innings, which is much better than his counterpart in this game.
Cal Quantrill will pitch for the Rockies, and he is 1-3 with a 4.31 ERA. Even though his ERA is better, he has still allowed six homers and has a worse WHIP at 1.29. If both pitchers have an average start, the bullpen will decide this game.
San Francisco is better in this area of the game. They have a team ERA of 4.51 compared to the Rockies at 5.67. They have an opponent batting average 30 points lower than Colorado, so look for the Giants to win a tight matchup.

On Thursday, the Cardinals have their Cy Young contender, Sonny Gray, on the mound. Gray is in line to win the award with how he has pitched for the 15-21 Cardinals.
St. Louis isn’t having a great season, but they have confidence whenever Gray takes the mound. The pitcher is 4-1 with a 0.89 ERA and a 0.86 WHIP. He has surrendered just 21 hits in 30.1 innings while striking out 38 batters.
The best quality of a pitcher in MLB is limiting homers, and this is another area where Gray shines. He has allowed one homer in his time on the bump and should make it hard for Milwaukee to elevate the baseball.
Tobias Myers will throw for the Brewers, and he has been deficient in 13 innings. The pitcher is 0-2 with a 6.23 ERA and a 1.31 WHIP.

The best pitching matchup of the day will occur in Los Angeles on Thursday. Michael Wacha and Reid Detmers haven’t been consistent, but they can shine when they’re at the top of their game.
We expect both pitchers to deliver because each offense has been average. Wacha is 1-4 with a 5.5 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP. He has fanned 31 batters in 37.2 innings of work. He also has walked ten batters this season, which must improve.
However, he was in a rhythm before his last start against the Texas Rangers. He should bounce back against a Los Angeles team that has yet to find its stride.
Detmers is 3-3 with a 4.24 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP. He is the stronger pitcher of the two. After starting the season strong, he faded in the last few games. We expect him to get back on track and help keep this game under the total.
