Best MLB Parlay Picks Today: Back Sonny Gray on Monday
Sonny Gray will pitch for the Cardinals on Monday, and he is the backbone of our MLB parlay. The Cardinals will face the Orioles, and while Baltimore is elite, St. Louis still has a significant pitching advantage.
We’re also adding the Astros with Framber Valdez and the Dodgers, who will start Yoshinobu Yamamoto. These two heavy favorite legs pair nicely with the Cardinals at +1.5.

MLB Parlay Picks Today: Orioles vs. Cardinals (7:45 PM, EST)
Cardinals +1.5 (-188) at FanDuel
The St. Louis Cardinals are struggling in the NL Central. However, one day a week, they always have the advantage over their opponent, which happens on Monday.
Gray is one of the best pitchers in baseball and has given St. Louis a chance to win plenty of times this season. Gray is 5-2, notable because St. Louis is six games below .500.
He also has a 3.05 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP. He has struck out 53 batters in 41.1 innings and is coming off a nine strike out game. While St. Louis could struggle to win this contest, we’re still taking them at +1.5.
The Orioles have been one of the best teams in baseball, but Gray can keep his team in the contest. The Cardinals are also swinging the bat well, scoring 20 runs in their past three games.
Nolan Arenado leads the team with 22 RBI and a .276 batting average. Look for him to deliver on Monday.

MLB Parlay Picks Today: Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers (7:20 PM, EST)
Dodgers Moneyline (-225) at FanDuel
After two months of games, the Dodgers are running away with the NL West title. Nobody expected anything different, as Los Angeles is the best team in Major League Baseball.
They made tons of additions to an already stacked team, and it has paid off to open the season. Their most noteworthy addition, besides Shohei Ohtani, was Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
The pitcher has been fantastic all season and has done an excellent job settling into MLB. The pitcher is 4-1 with a 3.21 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP.
He has struck out 53 batters in 47.2 innings, so he knows how to consistently sit batters down. Los Angeles will face Arizona on Monday. The Diamondbacks are not having a season to remember like last year.
They’re 22-25 and turning into the punching bag of the NL West. Joe Mantiply will pitch for the Diamondbacks, and he has been okay, but we don’t see him maneuvering a talented Los Angeles lineup.
MLB Parlay Picks Today: Angels vs. Astros (8:10 PM, EST)
Astros Moneyline (-200) at FanDuel
Reid Detmers has fallen off the map after a great start to the season for the Los Angeles Angels. Detmers is 3-4 with a 5.19 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP.
His downward trend has been difficult to watch because he doesn’t look like the dominant pitcher we knew earlier in the year.
He is coming off a game where he allowed eight hits and five runs in five innings. His team has lost his past five starts, which will likely be six today.
Framber Valdez will pitch for Houston. He is 3-1 with a 2.95 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP. He has recorded 31 strikeouts in 36.2 innings and allowed just two homers this season.
Valdez is a proven winner while Detmers isn’t, so back the Astros at home.
