The Eastern Conference Finals tip-off between the Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics! There are plenty of profitable player props for the series' opening games.
The Miami Heat will need their role players to support their stars to take down the Celtics. Kyle Lowry and Gabe Vincent have been solid at the point guard position for Miami, and their production will be crucial to Miami's chances at success.
For the Boston Celtics, they'll need consistency out of their stars. Marcus Smart needs to orchestrate the Boston Celtics' offense and Robert Williams must establish his presence in the paint.

Kyle Lowry has shown his value as the playoffs have worn on, and the Miami Heat wouldn't be in their current position without him. At bet365, Lowry is a +115 to clear 4.5 assists when he faces the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Having improved his production with an uptick in minutes, expect Lowry to maintain his playmaking quality in a crucial matchup.
On the season, Kyle Lowry averaged 11.2 points, 5.1 assists, and 4.1 rebounds on 40.4% from the field and 34.5% from three-point range. In the Heat's last round, Lowry averaged 12.2 points, 5.7 assists, and 3.7 rebounds on 43.4% from the field and 35.7% from beyond the arc. During Miami's close-out game against the Knicks last round, Lowry posted 11 points, nine rebounds, and four assists to help seal their ticket to the Conference Finals.
Despite being past his prime, Kyle Lowry still cleared 4.5 assists in 28 of his 55 regular season appearances. He's also collected five or more assists in five of his 11 post-season games. As the Heat look to establish their position in Game 1, expect Lowry to be significantly involved on the night.

Marcus Smart is different from what you think of as a traditional point guard, but he's a capable playmaker within the Celtics' offense. At bet365, Smart is a +115 to clear 5.5 assists when he faces the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Boston's lead playmaker through the post-season, Smart projects to maintain his passing form to open the Conference Finals.
Through 61 regular season games, Smart averaged 11.5 points, 6.3 assists, and 3.1 rebounds on 41.5% from the field and 33.6% from beyond the arc. Smart has averaged 15.8 points, 5.1 assists, and 4.2 rebounds on 46.5% from the field and 36.3% from deep through the playoffs. However, Smart is coming off of a down game where he contributed just seven points and four assists on 42.9% shooting.
Smart dished out six or more assists in 36 of his 61 regular season games. Smart has cleared 5.5 assists in six of his 13 appearances through the playoffs. On his current trend, expect Smart to get back on track and clear 5.5 assists on the night.

Gabe Vincent has been one of Miami's key contributors, even if he doesn't fill the stat sheet. After a solid start to his last series, Vincent's shooting has been off in his most recent games. At FanDuel Sportsbook, Vincent is a +122 to fall short of 1.5 threes when he faces the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
On the season, Vincent has averaged 9.4 points, 2.5 assists, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.7 threes on 40.2% from the field and 33.4% from deep. In his last series, Vincent averaged 10.3 points, 4.7 assists, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.8 threes per game on 31.8% from the field and 26.8% from beyond the arc. In Miami's close-out game last round, Vincent posted seven points, five assists, three rebounds, and one three made on 37.5% from the field and 20.0% from deep.
Vincent hit two or more threes in 31 of his 68 regular-season appearances. Vincent has cleared 1.5 threes in six of his 11 post-season appearances, but he's failed to do so in four straight games. Don't expect Vincent to get his shooting back on track against a Celtics team that held their opponents to 11.6 threes (6th in the NBA) on 34.5% (4th in the NBA) through the regular season.

Robert Williams may not have had his desired season, but he's stepped up for the Boston Celtics in limited minutes through the NBA Playoffs. At FanDuel Sportsbook, Williams is a +102 to clear 7.5 points when he faces the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. With all eyes on the show's stars, Williams will benefit from some easy-to-finish opportunities - as usual.
On the season, Williams averaged 8.0 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 1.4 assists on 74.7% shooting from the field. Williams has contributed 6.7 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists on 79.2% from the field throughout the playoffs. His close-out game against the Sixers saw him contribute six points, five rebounds, and one assist on 50.0% shooting from the floor.
Appearing in 35 regular season games, Robert Williams cleared 7.5 points 18 times. Through the 2023 NBA Playoffs, Williams has scored eight or more points in five of his 13 appearances. Williams only played the Heat once this regular season, where he scored 11 points, but against the Heat's defensive pressure, he should benefit from Miami's focus to limit Boston's star players.
