How Can the Warriors Beat the Bucks?
The Golden State Warriors are one of the fiercest teams in the NBA. While they have some key players unavailable, the Warriors must maintain focus on the defensive side of the ball.
In their last game, a loss to the Grizzlies, the Warriors were unable to control the pace of the game or contain the perimeter. Golden State allowed their opponents to shoot 44% on 100 attempts while also allowing 14 three-point field goals on 41.2% efficiency.
The Bucks also enjoy a high-tempo game where Antetokounmpo creates opportunities for his shooters. If the Warriors’ paint defense and subsequent recovery can’t keep up with the Bucks, it’ll be another in the loss column.

When the Warriors face off against the Bucks, they’ll need multiple contributors to make up for the defensive focus on Stephen Curry. Andrew Wiggins must step up.
In his last game, a loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, Andrew Wiggins was a poor 5 of 12 from the field while contributing just 13 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists.
Should the Warriors beat the Bucks, they will need an efficient effort from Wiggins in order to open up the court for their number one option.
How Can the Bucks Beat the Warriors?
The Milwaukee Bucks step into this game off of a disappointing loss. To steal a victory this time out, their bench unit needs to support their efforts.
In their last match, the Bucks’ bench unit combined for a disappointing 3 of 23 shooting from the field. Only Rodney Hood and Sandro Mamukelashvili made a field goal off the bench for Milwaukee, while mainstays Pat Connaughton and Donte DiVincenzo struggled.
It isn’t just about making shots, but also converting on good shots. While the bench must do more to support Milwaukee’s starters, they can’t sacrifice efficiency.
Bucks Key Player: (F) Giannis Antetokounpmo

The Milwaukee Bucks are looking to regain some form and the burden is on the shoulders of Giannis Antetokounmpo. What he creates for his teammates will determine how well the Bucks perform.
Antetokounmpo is coming off of a 26-point, 13 rebound, and 8 assist game against the Charlotte Hornets. Despite his production, Antetokounmpo couldn’t make up Milwaukee’s early hole alone.
The depth advantage is clearly in favor of the Bucks, but they won’t be able to take advantage without the attention that Antetokounmpo draws. Simply put, Antetokounmpo must be individually aggressive to help the Bucks flourish as a unit.
