We have an AFC West divisional battle to close out the Week 11 Sunday slate as the Kanas City Chiefs travel to take on the Los Angeles Chargers.
Here, we’ll look at the three best player props to make for this game, starting with the Chiefs signal-caller himself, Patrick Mahomes.
It’s not too often you get a plus price on a Mahomes passing touchdown over, and here, we’re going to take full advantage. It makes some sense as to why it’s this way, though—Mahomes will be down two receivers in this one, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Mecole Hardman.
Also, the Chiefs are getting the run game going with Isiah Pacheco, which is something they’ve needed for a few years now.
However, Mahomes still has tight end Travis Kelce. We finally saw what wide receiver Kadarius Toney could do in Week 10 as he scored his first NFL touchdown.
The Chargers defense has been lackluster this season. They’ve allowed 13 touchdowns in coverage, and their cornerbacks, Asante Samuel Jr., Michael Davis, and Bryce Callahan, have allowed six of them.
The Chiefs will be able to throw here as road favorites.

The artist also known as MVS, has been a valuable weapon for the Chiefs this season. No, he may not draw double-digit targets, but good things tend to happen downfield when the ball heads his way. This season, MVS has an average depth of target of 13.3 and is coming off a game where he got it to 18.8 on four targets.
Speaking of four targets, whenever MVS sees at least that many in-game, he’s cleared this 45.5-yard mark all but two times. One of the misses was 44 yards.
We mentioned that the Chiefs are without Hardman and Smith-Schuster in this one and are taking on a Chargers secondary that hasn’t lived up to its potential.
Look for MVS to clear this line.

Looking at the other Chiefs receivers, we have Toney. Last week he caught his first NFL touchdown and saw five targets.
The Chiefs have used Toney either behind the line of scrimmage or have targeted him 0-9 yards down the field. Six of his seven targets have come there, with the other being a 22-yard completion.
With this Chiefs run game developing, that will help mask Toney’s dynamic playmaking ability, which can be used on more gadget-like plays around the line of scrimmage, be it a sweep or something else.
Toney could be a dangerous red zone threat, and we’re getting a solid price at +145.
