Rams vs. Cardinals Predictions
We like Arizona to get a win at home today based on their play against the Buffalo Bills in Week 1. While they lost, Arizona gave one of the best teams in the league a scare on the road. That shows a level of poise that we did not see from this team last season, showing that this is a very different squad.
Kyler Murray looked especially good, completing over 67% of his passes while averaging 11.4 YPC on five carries. The 27-year-old missed the first half of last season but looked impressive when he returned. He is an incredibly dangerous quarterback when he is healthy and playing well, which is the case heading into Sunday’s matchup.
We do really like the Rams, but the loss of Puka Nacua will take a toll. The second-year receiver was a big reason for LA’s success last season, helping to cover while Cooper Kupp was out. The latter is healthy and will play Sunday, but he will have difficulty finding open space with Nacua out.
Rams vs. Cardinals Best Prop Bets
Below are some of our favorite prop bets for Sunday’s clash between these rivals.
Kyren Williams Over 75.5 Rush Yards (-117) at Caesars Sportsbook
Kyren William was contained well against the Lions’ impressive run defense in Week 1. As much as he struggled, we expect a significant bounce back against a soft Cardinals defense in Week 2. The 24-year-old Notre Dame alum broke out last season to rush for 1,144 yards and 12 touchdowns over 12 games. That has us expecting him to bounce back in a big way against Arizona.
The Cardinals' defense struggled against the Bills last weekend, especially against the run. The unit allowed 130 rushing yards and two touchdowns to an underwhelming Bills backfield. Now they’ll have to try to improve against one of the most dangerous running backs in the league in Williams.
With Puka Nacua out for this week, expect the Rams to lean on their run game, leading to an easy cover.

Kyler Murray Under 227.5 Pass Yards (-109) at Caesars Sportsbook
Kyler Murray looked impressive against the Bills, but much of his success came on the ground. He had just 162 passing yards, largely thanks to the lack of weapons around him. While Marvin Harrison Jr. was expected to play a significant role in the offense, Buffalo easily contained him.
Things won’t be easier for Murray this week as he faces a good Rams’ pass defense. They were fantastic against the Lions in Week 1, keeping Goff in check and limiting Amon-Ra St. Brown to 13 yards. Given the lack of receiving talent in Arizona, we expect them to repeat that success in Week 2.

Cooper Kupp Over 7.5 Receptions (-179) at Caesars Sportsbook
As mentioned above, Puka Nacua will not play in Sunday’s game. He exited the team’s Week 1 matchup with an injury, leading to Cooper Kupp hauling in 14 passes for 110 yards. Many questioned how injuries have affected the star receiver, but he showed little rust against the Lions.
The Cardinals did not look impressive against a weakened Bills receiving corps. That team lacks a top receiver anywhere close to Kupp’s talent. Arizona will struggle to adjust, even as they focus their efforts on stopping him.
