The Yankees host the Reds for the second game of the series on Wednesday. This is a big revenge spot for New York which is why we’re taking them to win.
We are also picking the under in the Phillies vs. Cubs game and the Brewers moneyline.

The Reds take on the Yankees fresh off their 5-4 win yesterday in New York. Cincinnati is 40-45 in fourth place in the NL Central. The Yankees are 54-32, tied with the Orioles for first place in the AL East.
Cincinnati is going with Andrew Abbott, who is 7-6 with a 3.41 ERA. He has 72 strikeouts in 89.2 innings and a WHIP of 1.20. Abbott is coming off a five-inning performance, allowing two runs and six walks against St. Louis.
New York is starting Carlos Rodon, who is 9-5 in 2024. He has a 4.42 ERA and has fanned 92 batters in 93.2 innings. His last three starts have been rough, but Rodon is excellent at home. He is 4-1 with a 3.86 ERA in the Bronx.
We expect the Yankees to get revenge on the Reds in this matchup and for Rodon to go deep into this game. Look for Aaron Judge to perform well in this game, as he is hitting .321 in 2024.
Bet on Yankees ML (-178) at FanDuel
The Phillies take on the Cubs in a matchup featuring two of baseball's best starting pitchers. Philadelphia is 55-29 with an eight-game lead in the NL East. Chicago is 39-46 and has some work to do in the NL Central.
The Phillies are going with Zack Wheeler, the front-runner to win the NL Cy Young Award. He is 9-4 with a 2.73 ERA and a WHIP of 0.98. Wheeler has the tenth-most strikeouts in the league, at 112 in 105.2 innings.
Shota Imanaga, who is 7-2 with a 3.07 ERA, takes the hill for the Cubs. He has a 1.11 WHIP and has struck out 84 batters in 85 innings. Imanaga is having a great rookie campaign and solidifying himself to become the Cubs ace for years.
The Phillies offense has been dominant in 2024, but Imanaga has what it takes to shut them down and limit the runs. We expect Wheeler and Imanaga to have great starts in this matchup to cash our under.

To close out our parlay, we’re taking the Brewers' moneyline against the Rockies. Milwaukee is 50-35, leading the NL Central by six games. Colorado is 29-55 in last place in the NL West.
The Brewers are going with Colin Rea, who is 7-2 with a 3.61 ERA and a WHIP of 1.23. In his last start, he went 5.1 innings, allowing two runs on three hits against Chicago.
Dakota Hudson toes the rubber for the Rockies with a 2-11 record and a 5.84 ERA. He has struggled tremendously in 2024. Hudson has given up 16 runs in his last 13.1 innings while walking eight batters.
The Brewers are hitting .257 as a team, which is fourth-best in the league. Hudson is in for a long day against this great Milwaukee offense led by William Contreras.
Look for the Brewers to score many runs off Hudson early in this game and for Rea to shut down the Rockies' offense.
