The ALDS and the NLDS have been chaotic as some of the top teams in the MLB have not only been eliminated after their first-round bye but swept. The Baltimore Orioles and the Los Angeles Dodgers have already fallen victim to this wild postseason. 

The Philadelphia Phillies are one game away from eliminating their NL East Divisional rivals in the Atlanta Braves. The Phillies host the Braves in a critical game four of the series. 

Atlanta will be starting Spencer Strider (1.29 ERA in 7.0 postseason innings pitched) against Philadelphia. The Phillies will be going with Ranger Suarez (4.18 in 125 innings pitched). Suarez should be fresh and ready to go as he hasn't pitched this postseason. 

In the three previous games played, there has been only one game where either the Braves or the Phillies have scored within the first inning. It was the Phillies that scored a run in the first inning of game two's 5-4 win for the Braves.

It is do-or-die time for the Braves as they will need to get a rhythm going early in game four. The first inning would be a great opportunity to start a rhythm as their season depends on it. If they are able to win this game, the Braves claim the momentum, and the series is moved back to Atlanta.

Both the Braves and the Phillies are finding ways to score throughout the series, but they are mostly so late in the matchup. With the Braves and the Phillies starting highly efficient pitchers on Thursday, expect the score to be low, especially in the first inning.
