-
Chris Olave is doubtful to play on Sunday
-
The Falcons have won five of their previous six games
This weekend’s games include an NFC South matchup between rivals heading in opposite directions. The Atlanta Falcons lead the division after winning five of their last six games, while the Saints have lost seven straight. While that may not make for an exciting watch, this game has some fantastic bets.

Falcons vs. Saints Predictions
The Saints will be starting a new era on Sunday after firing Head Coach Dennis Allen during the week. The move came after the team’s seventh straight loss after starting the season 2-0. Now, they’ll be looking for a statement win over their division rival.
The primary reason for the Saints' struggles has been injuries. Derek Carr is back after missing time, but now Chris Olave is out. The offense may also be without receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. and center Lucas Patrick, making an already tricky matchup even more difficult.
New Orleans isn’t healthier on defense, and the results have been disastrous. The Saints rank in the bottom ten of the league in both yards (376.4) and points (25.4) allowed per game. That is bad news as they prepare to face a Falcons offense firing on all cylinders.
After delivering mixed results to start the season, Atlanta has won five of their previous six games. The offense has driven the team’s success, averaging an impressive 27.0 points per game during that span.
Atlanta may be without Drake London, but it won’t matter with Kirk Cousins playing well. Over his last two games, the quarterback completes 79% of his passes for 498 yards and seven touchdowns. Expect him to feast against a Saints defense that ranks twenty-ninth in pass yards allowed this season.
The Saints may have some momentum under a new coaching regime, but they don’t have the talent to beat a very good Atlanta team.
Falcons vs. Saints - My Pick
The Saints may have some momentum under a new coaching regime, but they don’t have the (healthy) talent to beat a very good Atlanta team. Given the Saints' struggles on defense and the Falcon's play on offense, we expect this to be one of the safest bets of the week.

Falcons vs. Saints Best Prop Bets
Bijan Robinson Over 75.5 Rush Yards (-117) at Caesars Sportsbook
With Drake London either limited or out on Sunday, expect Bijan Robinson to see some extra work. The talented young back is averaging 4.7 YPC this season and will be looking to make up for a rough outing against the Saints this weekend.
The Saints' run defense has fallen apart throughout the season. After nine weeks, the unit has allowed the second-highest YPC to opponents at 5.1. Robinson will have room to work, especially once Atlanta builds a lead. Look for the back to get a lot of work, surpassing this total.

Alvin Kamara Over 36.5 Receiving Yards (-113) at Caesars Sportsbook
Kamara’s role on the Saints has increased as the injuries continue to pile up. That includes in the passing games, where he has posted 55+ yards in two straight games. We expect that trend to continue on Sunday, especially once the Saints deficit builds.

Kirk Cousins Over 1.5 TD Passes (-129) at Caesars Sportsbook
It took time for Cousins to settle in Atlanta, but that wait was over. The veteran has been incredible over his last two games, combining for seven touchdowns. He completed 79% of his passes and averaged over 9.0 yards per attempt, showing how dangerous he has been.
The Saints were great against Counins in Week 4, but these teams are now in very different places. The result will be another multi-touchdown effort from the former Viking.
