The NFL season is finally here, and Sunday Night Football gives us one of our best matchups of the week. The Cowboys and Giants will renew their rivalry for the 123rd time in New York on Sunday night. While the Cowboys have won 11 of their previous 12 meetings, the Giants have closed the gap, promising us one of the most exciting games of the weekend.
We have studied this game and built our favorite Same Game Parlay. Below, you will see who we picked, why we picked them, and the odds for each leg. If you are looking to boost your NFL betting strategy, we have you covered!

While both teams expect to have improved offenses in 2023, they also feature two very dangerous defenses.
The Giants are expected to have one of the best defensive lines in the league and an impressive linebacking corps to support them. All eyes will be on the linebacker Kayvon Thibodeaux, who New York hopes can continue to improve in his second season in the league. The unit will be up against a subpar Dallas offensive line, so expect to see Dak under pressure most of the night.
We know how good this Cowboys defense can be, which was on display when they held the Giants to 20 or fewer points in both of their meetings last season. While the Giants have added a significant weapon in Darren Waller, it remains to be seen how he will fit in this mediocre offense.
We’re not sure who will win this one, but we know it will be a low-scoring slugfest.

The Giants will bring the pressure tonight, but we like Dak to deliver at least two passing touchdowns. The veteran quarterback had multiple touchdowns in nine of his 14 games last season (including playoffs). One of those multi-touchdown games came against the Giants, the only time he faced them last season.
We also see Tony Pollard opening up things for Dak a bit more, which will take the pressure off the offensive line. Even a tiny boost will significantly increase Prescott’s stats, especially with the impressive receiving corp he’ll be throwing to.
Dallas has no shortage of talented pass catchers, led by CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks, and Michael Gallup. Dak has years of experience with Lamb and Gallup, and Cooks will be desperate to re-assert himself as a top receiver.

At just 24 years old, Lamb has already established himself as one of the best receivers in the league. He scored nine touchdowns last season, but that included several games where Dak was out. That is a solid total, which is only more impressive considering that Dak missed time with injuries.
The young star receiver finished the season on a tear, scoring four touchdowns over his final five games.
Lamb posted 193 yards and had one touchdown last season against the Giants. Considering that the Giants are dealing with injuries in their secondary, expect him to dominate them again Sunday.

Pollard enters the season as the Cowboys’ top running back, thanks to a breakout 2022 campaign. The 26-year-old was electric last season despite being limited to 12 or fewer carries in ten of their regular season games.
While Pollard is the top back for Dallas this weekend, rookie Deuce Vaughn is waiting in the wings. That will give Pollard plenty of reason to put up a big stat line, and New York should allow him to do just that.
The Giants allowed the 27th most rushing yards in the NFL last season, and we expect it to be a weakness again this year. Pollard dominated them when they met in New York last season, going for 105 yards on just 13 carries.
Add all of that up, and you can easily cover this leg.
