The Minnesota Wild have shown an inability to consistently score against the Dallas Stars and defend against their high-volume offense. In the two games played the season, the Stars have outscored the wild 12-3.
This past Monday, Dallas defeated Minnesota with a 4-0 score. Earlier in the season, Dallas defeated Minnesota with a prominent score of 8-3. In both games, Stars center Tyler Seguin accounted for two points. He has accounted for four points in both games against Minnesota with one being a goal and three being assists.
The third matchup of the season between Minnesota and Dallas will go to Dallas for the first time. The Stars will be huge favorites thanks to their third-ranked scoring (3.59 goals per game). Seguin has been one of the most aggressive offensive players for Dallas in this divisional matchup and the line for him to account for only one point should be beneficial to bet on.

The biggest game of the night is set for a huge Western Conference matchup between the Vegas Golden Knights going on the road to take on the Colorado Avalanche. The Avalanche looked to get revenge on the Golden Knights after a devastating 7-0 loss on the road earlier in the season.
Since then, the Avalanche have been more focused on both sides of the ice, especially on offense. Colorado's averaging 3.66 goals per game thanks to a combination of their big three including one of the best scoring defenders in the league in Cale Makar. In 36 games this season, Makar has accounted for 48 total points with nine goals and 39 assists.
In the four games this January, Makar has accounted for seven points with, at least, one goal or an assist in those games. He had a huge performance in the 5-4 overtime home win over the New York Islanders last week.
The Golden Knights possess the seventh-ranked scoring defense (2.78 goals allowed per game). Makar will need to be a key driving force for the second-ranked scoring offense of Colorado.
