The 2024 NHL All-Star Games this weekend sets up a solid set of events for the top players in the league. It also means that there are going to be a limited amount of games leading up to the weekend. There is going to be one game played on Monday night, but it is a game with great value. The Nashville Predators taking on the Ottawa Senators is a game that has incredible value with multiple great player props through DraftKings.
The following odds are from DraftKings Sportsbook, where the NHL Prop Bets can be made. Check out the best NHL bonuses and promo codes for more betting opportunities.
The Ottawa Senators have a tough task on Monday night as they take on the efficient defense of the Nashville Predators. Nashville comes into this game with the 17th-ranked scoring defense as they allow an average of 3.1 goals per game. They have a reliable set of players throughout the ice that can contain reliable offenses.
The Senators come into this game with a surprisingly efficient offense with skilled scorers and passers on the roster. One of them is star center Tim Stutzle, who leads the team in points accounted for (45) and assists accounted for (35). If there is one player for Ottawa that has brought some success to this underperforming team, it is Stutzle.
Stutzle has been productive in the second half of January. He has accounted for a goal or assist in five of the last eight games played, including three of the last four games. During that span, he accumulated 11 points with three of them goals and eight assists. If the Senators want to pull off the upset, Stutzle will need to be ready to take on the Predators’ loaded defense.

While the Senators’ offense has been consistent in accounting for goals, the Predators have been slow and often inefficient. Nashville’s offense is ranked 19th in the league in goals per game (2.98). The roster of the Predators is top-heavy of offensive contributors. Outside of five key offensive contributors, there are not much productivity.
Among the contributors for the Predators that have an impact game-to-game is defender Roman Josi. In 49 games played, Josi accounted for 42 points, with 10 being goals and 32 being a team-high in assists.
He was among the busiest players for Nashville in January by accounting for 13 points, with 11 of them being assists. He has accounted for an assist in nine of the 12 games played this month.
Josi has a great opportunity to account for a significant performance, with the Senators being one of the worst defenses in the league. Ottawa’s defense allows an average of 3.67, 30th in the league. Look for Josi to have a productive game as well.
