There are only two games played tonight in the NHL. It is going to be a soft day in the league compared to the rest of the week. That being said, there are plenty of great opportunities to earn some significant winnings through great player prop bets. These are bets that will have incredible value based on the performances of the players. The more a player shows out, the more potential earnings that a bettor will potentially win.
Here are our favorite NHL player prop picks for Monday.
The following odds are from DraftKings Sportsbook, where NHL Prop Bets can be made. Check out the best NHL bonuses and promo codes for more betting opportunities!
The biggest game of the night is set as the Washington Capitals go on the road to take on the Calgary Flames. This game has a playoff-type atmosphere as it is critical for both teams to come out with a win in the chase for the playoffs.
For the Flames, they're having to dig a little bit more for the Western Conference’s final wild-card spot. Calgary has been playing well in the past few games thanks to the great combination of efficiency from the roster and the star talent contributing.
Center Nazem Kadri has been the heart and soul of the Flames this season and has been getting more consistent as the season progresses. He has accounted for eight points in the eight games played in March. He has accounted for four points in the last three games.
Kardi has a chance to add more to an impressive March as he takes on a Capitals defense that has been getting worse as the season progresses.

The night's final game in the NHL is potentially one of the lowest-scored games of the week. The Buffalo Sabres are set to go on the road to take on the Seattle Kraken, who both possess high-volume defenses but lackluster offenses.
Buffalo is ranked 11th in the league in goals allowed per game (2.96), but their offense only averages 2.93 goals per game (21st in the league). Seattle is ranked eighth in the league in goals allowed per game (2.82) with its offense only averaging 2.68 goals per game (28th in the league).
The Sabres have won three of the last four games against solid opponents like the Edmonton Oilers, the Detroit Red Wings, and the New York Islanders. Defender Rasmus Dahlin has been a big reason for the Sabres’ offense playing in the last four games. He has accounted for four assists in the last five games. Look for him to contribute significantly in this offense to have a chance for the Sabres to win.
