ParlayPlay is a brand-new daily fantasy sports betting platform that went live in 2023. They offer a no-deposit bonus on top of a generous first deposit match, and they cover tens of major sports leagues. For my ParlayPlay review, I registered with the site and got stuck into the contests.
I opted into every promotion I could find, tested features, made deposits, requested payouts, got in touch with support, and more. Let’s see if ParlayPlay is a worthy contender for DFS players.

ParlayPlay promotion is a $5 no-deposit bonus and a first deposit match up to $100. You’re allowed to claim both offers and not many DFS sites, let alone sportsbooks, offer two offers you can claim. Let’s take a closer look at ParlayPlay’s promo pick, dive into their welcome bonus, and examine their referral bonus.
Just as the name of the promo says, I didn't had to deposit anything to get ParlayPlay’s $5 no-deposit promo pick. All I had to do is complete their registration process. You’ll then get a pick that can be used on any player of your choosing.
Even though $5 isn’t much, it’s a lot better than spending my own money prior to claiming a bonus. I used my promo pick on Dearica Hamby of the Los Angeles Sparks to score over 14.5 points. You can’t combine your no-deposit bonus with a pick that has a boosted payout. The is quite normal. No DFS will allow you to combined multiple promos.
You should be aware that $5 bonus pick expires a week after you receive it, so be sure to use it as soon as possible. This bonus carries a standard 1x wagering requirement, meaning you just need to use it once and then you can keep your winnings. The value of the original $5 bonus is not part of your returns.
Once the registration was done I claimed ParlayPlay's main promo offer, without promo code required, of 100% deposit match, up to $100. The claiming was pretty simple. I just had to pen the main menu, tap on “Deposit” and enter my card details.
I deposited $100 to maximize this bonus, leaving me with a total of $200 to begin my week-long testing period. However, you can deposit as little as $10 upfront to qualify. Like their no-deposit bonus, ParlayPlay’s sign-up bonus comes with 1x playthrough requirements and a 7-day expiry.
You can split your $100 bonus into two $50 promotional entries or four $25 promotional entries. I went with four $25 entries.
The original value of your bonus is subtracted from any winnings you receive as a result of this promotion. If I used a $10 bonus on a pick with 1.37x odds, I’d only receive a payout of $3.70. Had I used real money, I’d be able to keep the stake and winnings for a total payout of $13.70.
ParlayPlay’s referral bonus gives you $30 in promotional funds for every person who signs up, verifies their identity, and deposits a minimum of $10. You must invite friends using the unique link given to you by ParlayPlay in order to qualify.
I found my referral link by going to “My Referrals” followed by “Invite Your Friends” and “Share.” I roped in one of my coworkers who was happy to spend a crisp $10 on my behalf. She signed up with ParlayPlay, completed their KYC verification procedure, and deposited $10 of her own money.
After she completed these steps, I received $30 as a promotional entry. I wasn’t able to split my referral bonus into smaller bets.
Refer-a-friend bonus is caped at ten friends, you can keep inviting people after you get your 10 bonus, all in total $300, but you won't be getting any promotional entries anymore from refer-a-friend anymore. This is where Share4Cash comes into play.
ParlayPlay’s “Share4Cash” Leaderboards are an extension of their referral bonus. You can win additional $50 by referring the most people. The Share4Cash Leaderboards work on points based system where you can earn a maximum of 100 referral points for each invited friend that completes specific actions.
When they create a new account, you’ll get ten points. When they verify their email, you’ll get 15 points. When they deposit $10+, you get fifty points. When they join a maximum of five contests, you’ll earn five points per contest. The top twenty players on their leaderboards will earn a prize.
The first-place winner gets $50, the second-place prize is $30 and players who come in third will get $20 in promotional entries. The fourth-place contestant gets $15 and the player in fifth place gets $10. Players in leaderboard positions six through ten will each receive $5 in promo funds.
If you place in positions eleven through fifteen, you’ll get $3 in promotional funds. Lastly, players who come in sixteenth through twentieth place will get $2 in promotional funds.
“Share4Cash” contests are hosted every week, starting on Monday and running until Sunday at midnight EST. The top fifty players are entered into a raffle for an official mystery player’s jersey.
ParlayPlay’s user interface has a fluid navigation and it's efficiently organized. This allowed me to easily make deposits and request payouts with one click. Their yellow-on-white color scheme adds a bright feel to their website and mobile app.
All the available categories at ParlayPlay can be found at the top-left corner of my screen. This allowed me to have an immediate access to a slew of popular “over/under” fantasy wagers on the home page. It’s easy to understand the win multiplier and criteria of each wager just from a glance.
At the top of your screen, you can view their “Free2Play” contests. I didn’t see any free contests during the week I spent testing ParlayPlay, so I’m guessing this section was under construction.
If you’d like to track your picks, click the tab labeled "Track Picks" at the top of your screen to view your previous and active wagers.
I appreciate how everything is organized in a self-explanatory manner for complete beginners.
Next up, I downloaded their application on my iPhone 13 to evaluate ParlayPlay’s mobile interface.
ParlayPlay Mobile App is closely modeled after its desktop but it manages to provide the same amount of data in the smaller space by condensing everything, including sports categories, into a scrollable list.
You can view your active picks, visit their “Free2Play” section, view your current contest entries, and read more about ParlayPlay’s “Share4Cash” referral leaderboards using the row of icons at the bottom of your screen. I initiated deposits by clicking my profile icon at the top of the screen.
Clicking the profile icon also brings up your available balance, referrals, account settings, Help Center, and withdrawal methods at a glance. Coming from their desktop site, I like how similar their app feels to use. I didn’t have any issues adjusting to ParlayPlay’s mobile user interface.
Across the board, ParlayPlay provides a beginner-friendly website and mobile app. They serve as an excellent introduction to the world of daily fantasy sports betting. It’s easy to locate picks, place wagers, and see the action without all the bells and whistles of FanDuel and DraftKings.
ParlayPlay claims to offer paid and free contests, but they didn’t have any available to explore during my week-long testing period. I’m putting this down to teething problems, and hoping they become available soon
Instead, I only had access to Pick Em bets and over/under based on individual player performances. They cover six categories and sixteen major sports leagues.
Below, I’ve listed all the different sports categories and leagues you’ll find offered by ParlayPlay:
Basketball (WNBA)
Baseball (MLB)
Football (CFB, NFL, CFL)
eSports (CS:GO, League of Legends)
Soccer (LaLiga, SerieA)
Tennis (ATP, WTA)
ParlayPlay doesn’t let you select the outright winner of an event, but you can bet on outcomes that happen while a game is taking place. When I opened their filters, I was able to locate bets according to each player’s position and game statistics.
These picks are reminiscent of prop bets at regular real money casinos.
Their WNBA picks seemed interesting. I found over/under wagers centered around the number of points scored, rebounds, assists, three-pointers, free throws, and more. I placed my bets on Satou Sabally of the Dallas Wings to score more than 14.5 points during her upcoming game.
A successful $10 wager would have earned me a 1.37x win, leaving me with $3.70 in winnings and a total payout of $13.70. I also took advantage of a payout boost special - these appear at random, and they enhance your wager’s winning potential by a handful of percentage points.
ParlayPlay gives players the opportunity to place “insured” bets that save some of their bankroll if their prediction goes belly-up. This is a unique feature I’d like to see more regular sportsbooks offer in their parlays. If you’re not feeling super-confident about your next bet, you can balance the scales, so to speak.
In addition to betting on Satou Sabally of the Dallas Wings to score more than 14.5 points at 1.37x, I bet on Dearica Hamby of the Los Angeles Sparks to score over 14.5 points at 1.48x.
If I placed an “All-In” wager, my final multiplier for both picks would be 1.93x. This would give me a total profit of $9.65 on a $10 wager, giving me $19.65 as a final payout. If I placed an “Insured” wager, I’d still get to keep $2.30 so long as one of my two player picks were correct.
On the flip side, my payout for a successful bet would drop from 1.93x to 1.37x. This would give me a profit of $6.85 on a $10 wager, leaving me with a $16.85 payout in the best-case scenario.
I was excited to view ParlayPlay’s free contests, but I didn’t find any free DFS contests during the week I spent testing this platform. While there’s a section labeled “Free2Play” on the website and their mobile app, it seems to be underdeveloped as there were zero wagers listed.
Deposit Options | VISA, MasterCard, Discover |
Minimum Deposit | $10 |
Minimum Withdrawal | $10 |
Payout Speeds | 24 hours - 5 days |
The above table shows ParlayPlay’s deposit options, minimum transaction requirements, and usual payout speeds. Below, I’m explaining more about my experiences with making deposits and receiving payouts at ParlayPlay. They suffer from a limited number of payment methods.
I’d like to see them add e-wallets such as Skrill, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay to their banking menu. Forcing players to only use a debit card puts them behind sites like DraftKings and FanDuel.
I was able to deposit funds with my VISA debit card without any trouble following their on-screen instructions. To begin, I clicked “Claim Your $100 Deposit Match” and deposited $100 by tapping the button. I only saw options to fund my account with VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
You can deposit as little as $10 or as much as $1,000 at once. I saw my $100 deposit and $100 bonus in my account balance seconds after refreshing the page, leaving me with a total of $200.
I only needed to gather $10 in winnings before I could request a withdrawal, which I was able to score on a lucky Player Pick. After completing the KYC verification process by submitting a photocopy of my driver’s license and proof of address, I clicked “Withdraw” on the main menu.
They send your winnings to the card you originally deposited with and there are no other payout options to mention. I entered the amount I wanted to withdraw ($10) and received a payment to my checking account 24 hours later. You can withdraw as little as $10 or as much as $1,000.
Depending on your bank, card transfers can take between 1 and 5 working days. I received my cashout the day after I requested, almost exactly 28 hours later, to be precise. The payout speed can vary depending on your bank.
ParlayPlay has 24/7 support through email and FAQ, but they don’t have a live chat feature. Even though I received fast replies from competent representatives, there’s no instant support and that’s a major shortcoming in my expert opinion.
I clicked “Contact Us” from the bottom of the website to access their support options. They have a message center that doubles as an FAQ box and you can search for help about various topics by speaking with their AI chatbot.
While I liked being able to view helpful information at a glance, I wasn’t able to get in touch with a live chat agent. My question was sent to their email team, which you can reach by messaging [email protected]. I received a response from an agent named John twelve hours later.
He informed me that there was no promo code required to opt into their first deposit match. For the sake of being thorough, I sent an individual email to [email protected] and I noticed a return email 15 hours later. James gave me some more information about their KYC process.
I followed ParlayPlay on Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram using the links at the bottom of the website. I found a phone number listed on their Facebook profile. I called (888) 680 0405 but the robotic operator hung up on me immediately.
I wasn’t able to request a callback or leave a message. This was disappointing to say the least. ParlayPlay’s customer support options aren’t the worst I’ve ever seen, but their faux phone line and non-existent live chat feature dampened my experience.
ParlayPlay’s responsible gaming settings are on-par with other industry leaders, but I wish they would allow players to set up their own personalized limits without needing to contact support or to have a customizable tool available in my account settings.
I viewed ParlayPlay’s responsible gaming settings by clicking the corresponding button at the bottom of my screen. Players can set up deposit limits, contest entry limits and maximum entry amount limits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by emailing [email protected].
They restrict Massachusetts players to depositing a maximum of $1,000 per month, but you can customize your limits up to any amount. They also give players the chance to self-exclude, but I didn’t notice any specifics. Most sportsbooks offer self-exclusions for one, three, and five years.
There’s no way to take a shorter break, which I didn’t like. Most sportsbooks offer some kind of “cool-down” feature that blocks access to your account for a few days ranging up to one month.
ParlayPlay directs struggling players to contact the National Council on Problem Gambling and the International Center for Responsible Gaming. The NCPG can be reached 24/7 by phone at +1 (800) 522 4700. Alternatively, get in touch with the ICRG by calling +1 (978) 388 6610.
ParlayPlay offers paid contests in 24 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., but you can view their website and participate in “Free2Play” contests in all states except Washington. Here’s a list of the states where ParlayPlay offers paid contests and player picks:
Alabama
Alaska
Arkansas
California
Georgia
Illinois
Kansas
Kentucky
Minnesota
Nebraska
New Mexico
North Carolina
North Dakota
Oklahoma
Oregon
Rhode Island
South Carolina

Because Daily Fantasy Sports betting isn’t typically considered a form of gambling under the law, sites like ParlayPlay can operate in locations where traditional sports betting is prohibited. Although more widely available than traditional real money sports betting, the laws and regulations surrounding DFS vary state by state.
They’re similar to DFS sites like DraftKings and FanDuel, albeit with a reduced selection of picks and contests.
ParlayPlay DFS offers Pick Em betting almost exclusively. The format is modeled after building parlays using prop bets.
You can bet the over/under on various outcomes during each game and benefit from payout boost specials. They offer coverage of 6 fantasy sports categories and 16 individual leagues ranging from WNBA games to collegiate football.
You have to pick at least two different players from two different teams in order to place a wager. During testing, I was able to view the potential win multiplier next to each over/under selection. If you continue adding players to your bet slip, your odds will increase but so will the risk of losing.
Their mobile app offers beginners an easy way to explore unique player picks, and it provides a flawless user experience. Players can filter by category, league, team, player, stats and position.
Their MLB filters allow you to look for player picks involving strikeouts, earned runs, outs, RBIs, hits, homers, and more. This feature is useful if you’re looking to wager on a specific outcome.
I like that they support eSports picks for League of Legends and CS:GO events. This is an area where competing platforms could stand to improve.
At the same time, if you’re looking for a wider variety of contests, DraftKings and FanDuel win out. Both platforms are more developed than ParlayPlay, with greater flexibility, more sports and more users.
It’s easy to sign up with ParlayPlay if you’re living in one of their legal states. I was able to make an account from my home state of New York, and I’m discussing the steps I took along the way.
Create a new account: After clicking “Join Now” at the top of my screen, I ticked the box to verify that I was at least 18 years old and that I agreed to ParlayPlay’s Terms of Use. I clicked “Create Account” to proceed.
Enter personal information: I created a username and password on the next page. I also entered my first and last name. I selected my date of birth using the drop-down tabs and typed in my primary email address. I entered my cell phone number on the next screen. I entered the six-digit code I received via SMS and entered my home address. I clicked “Verify Address” and “Deposit Now” to continue.
Make your first deposit: I chose to deposit $100 on the next screen, and I saw that I’d get $200 as a bonus. I clicked “Deposit $100 Now” and typed my card number to finalize the transaction. I received my money immediately after refreshing the page while logged in.

I’d recommend ParlayPlay to Daily Fantasy Sports enthusiasts who primarily enjoy Pick Em bets, and sports betting fans who love parlays. I was impressed to find coverage for basketball, baseball, college football, football, tennis, and soccer on top of CS:GO and League of Legends picks. Most DFS sites don’t focus on eSports, in my opinion.
Unfortunately, their lack of availability means that half the country is missing out on all the fun. While you can technically enter their “Free2Play” contests in every state except Washington, I didn’t find any contests with free or paid entry during the week I spent reviewing this platform.
I thought their $5 no-deposit bonus was a nice touch, and I was happy to see that I could boost my first deposit with a 100% match up to $100. They deliver a fluid user experience on desktop and mobile. While they don’t offer a chat feature, their customer support was incredibly helpful.
