An NL West matchup between the Padres and Dodgers headlines our MLB parlay for Thursday. We are taking the Padres moneyline at plus money with Joe Musgrove on the mound.
We also like the Brewers and Royals to take care of business to cash our parlay. Both teams are looking to get hot before the playoffs and have significant pitching advantages on Thursday.

Milwaukee comes into this matchup at 90-68, leading this division by 9.5 games. Pittsburgh is 74-84, in last place.
The Brewers are starting Aaron Civale, who is 7-9 with a 4.53 ERA this season. He has struck out 144 batters in 155 innings and has a 1.33 WHIP. Civale has been good in his last three starts, going 14.1 innings and allowing six runs.
Mitch Keller gets the start for the Pirates, and he is 11-11 with an ERA of 4.21. In 173 innings, he has fanned 160 batters and has a 1.29 WHIP. Keller is coming off a brutal start in which he allowed eight runs while walking five against the Reds.
The Brewers have been the far better team in 2024 and have a clear pitching advantage in this game, so we are backing them at -116 in this spot.

The Royals will play the Nationals in Washington on Thursday afternoon. Kansas City is 84-74, tied for second place with the Tigers in the AL Central. Washington is 69-89, in fourth place in the NL East.
Michael Wacha gets the ball for the Royals, and he is 13-8 with a 3.28 ERA. He has had an outstanding season, striking out 143 batters in 161.2 innings. Wacha has a 1.19 WHIP and has only allowed three runs in his last 17.2 innings.
The Nationals are going with Patrick Corbin who has struggled in 2024. He is 6-13 with a 5.58 ERA and a WHIP of 1.51. Runs have been hard to come by for the Royals as of late, but they have a favorable matchup against Corbin.
Look for the Royals to get to Corbin early and coast to a victory in this matchup.

We are taking the Padres on the moneyline against the Dodgers to close out our parlay. This NL West matchup will be the game to follow on Thursday’s slate, as only three games separate these teams.
San Diego is starting Joe Musgrove, who is 6-5 with a 3.95 ERA. He has 95 strikeouts in 93.1 innings and a WHIP of 1.19. In Musgrove’s last two starts, he has not allowed a run in 12 innings of work.
Walker Buehler gets the start for Los Angeles but has yet to be himself in 2024. He is 1-6 with a 5.63 ERA with a WHIP of 1.58. Buehler has allowed ten runs in his last three starts while giving up 17 hits in this span.
Both of these teams are fantastic and will make a playoff push, but for this specific matchup Musgrove and the Pades bats have an advantage over Buehler and the Dodgers. Look for this plus-money bet to round out our parlay.
