The Cincinnati Bengals knocked the Buffalo Bills out of the playoffs last year and will meet them again on Sunday Night Football in Week 9 of the 2023 NFL season.

The Bengals started the year slowly but ripped off three straight wins and are now red-hot. The Bills, on the other hand, are 2-2 over the last month and have not covered in four straight games.

Here are our favorite Bills vs. Bengals player prop betting picks combined into a same-game parlay.

Bills vs Bengals Predictions

Bills vs. Bengals Same-Game Parlay for +1100 Odds

  • Joe Burrow over 1.5 passing touchdowns

  • Stefon Diggs anytime touchdown scorer

  • Joe Mixon over 63.5 rushing yards

  • Josh Allen 25+ rushing yards

  • Bengals’ moneyline

Joe Burrow over 1.5 passing touchdowns

Burrow has thrown eight touchdowns in the last three weeks and at least two in all of them, including games against the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks. He’s also coming off his best game of the year and seems to have fully regained his confidence after a calf injury kept him well below his usual standard during the first month of the season.

Stefon Diggs anytime touchdown scorer

Diggs has scored in four of seven games and has five touchdowns in the last five weeks. He’s clearly Josh Allen’s number-one target and gets an average of 12.9 targets per game. The Bengals’ defense has only allowed 16.7 points per game over the last three weeks but is 21st in total passing defense and allows 265.3 yards per game.

Joe Mixon over 63.5 rushing yards

Mixon scampered for 87 yards and a touchdown against the Niners last week and has gone over 62.5 in four of seven games. The Bills’ defense is only 22nd against the run and allows 122 yards per game, and it feels like it misses Matt Milano more and more with every passing week.

Josh Allen 25+ rushing yards

Allen is a known risk-taker both through the air and on the ground. Although he’s only gone over 25 three times this season, he carried the ball seven times in each of the last two weeks and picked up 41 yards his last time out against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A primetime matchup against an opponent of this caliber will have Allen ready to scramble any time it’s needed, which should help him go over.

Bengals’ moneyline

Burrow is 1-0 against Allen and looked like he was going to roll the Bills in what infamously became the Damar Hamlin game. Cincy is used to starting slow and finishing fast and appears to be following the same script, whereas the Bills have fallen back to the rest of the pack and have not played a convincing game of football in more than a month.
