Ufc Fight Night Lemos Vs Andrade

Amanda Lemos vs Jessica Andrade – Women’s Strawweight Division

Amanda Lemos TALE OF THE TAPE Jessica Andrade
34 Age 30
5 ft. 4 in. Height 5 ft. 2 in.
65 in. Reach 62 in.
11-1-1 Record 22-9

Currently riding a five-fight winning streak that includes three stoppages, Amanda Lemos now finds herself ranked within the top-10 of the women’s strawweight division.

However, her next task will be her toughest to date as former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade returns to the 115-pound division after a brief stint at flyweight that saw her challenge for the 125-pound title.

Andrade is coming off of a first-round TKO win over Cynthia Calvillo that took place last September at UFC 266. She holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Lemos will stand two-inches taller and have a three-inch reach advantage. However it is the former champion that is listed as the -190 favorite.

Alexander Romanov vs Chase Sherman – Heavyweight Division

Alexander Romanov TALE OF THE TAPE Chase Sherman
31 Age 32
6 ft. 2 in. Height 6 ft. 4 in.
75 in. Reach 78 in.
15-0 Record 15-9

If you like underdogs, this is the fight for you. At +800, Chase Sherman steps in as a last minute replacement for Tanner Boser on just five-days notice.

Alexander Romanov, undefeated at 15-0 with four-straight UFC stoppage wins, sits as the -1375 favorite to win.

Although Sherman boasts height and reach advantages, he is currently riding a three-fight losing streak.

Clay Guida vs Claudio Puelles – Lightweight Division

Clay Guida TALE OF THE TAPE Claudio Puelles
40 Age 25
5 ft. 7 in. Height 6 ft.
70 in. Reach 72 in.
37-21 Record 11-2

UFC hall-of-famer Clay Guida has the advantage when it comes to experience, but he will have his hand full with Claudio Puelles who stands five-inches taller, has a two-inch reach advantage, and is 15-years younger.

Puelles has won four UFC fights in a row including two wins by kneebar. He holds a purple belt in luta livre.

Guida is coming off of a rear-naked choke victory over Leonardo Santos last December.

This fight is a pick ‘em, as both fighters are listed at -110.

Lando Vannata vs Charles Jourdain – Featherweight Division

Lando Vannata TALE OF THE TAPE Charles Jourdain
30 Age 26
5 ft. 9 in. Height 5 ft. 9 in.
71 in. Reach 69 in.
12-5-2 Record 12-4-1

With almost identical professional records, both of these fighters have had their ups and downs during their recent stretch of fights.

3-3-1 over his last seven fights, Lando Vannata is coming off of a split-decision win over Mike Grundy, which took place last May at UFC 262.

Charles Jourdain, also 3-3-1 over his last seven, most recently defeated Andre Ewell by unanimous decision last December.

Jourdain boasts a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Vannata holds NCAA division one wrestling credentials.

Despite his two-inch reach advantage, Vannata is listed as a +110 underdog.

Maycee Barber vs Montana De La Rosa – Women’s Flyweight Division

Maycee Barber TALE OF THE TAPE Montana De La Rosa
23 Age 27
5 ft. 5 in. Height 5 ft. 7 in.
65 in. Reach 68 in.
9-2 Record 12-6-1

Top prospect Maycee Barber suffered back-to-back losses after starting her UFC career 3-0. Luckily she bounced back in her most recent appearance, defeating Miranda Maverick via split-decision last July.

Her opponent, Montana De La Rosa, has gone 1-1-1 over her last three fights but is also coming off of a win – a second-round TKO over Ariane Lipski.

De La Rosa has the advantages in height, reach, and experience, but the younger Barber is listed as the -180 favorite.
