The Washington Commanders have been dreadful the season defensively, especially against defending the pass. Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles are coming off a huge win over the Miami Dolphins last Sunday night. They will look to keep that momentum going into week eight when they go on the road to face the Commanders.
While the Eagles struggled to defeat the Commanders earlier in the season, Hurts had a stellar game as he completed 25-of-37 of his passes for 319 yards and two touchdowns.
The commanders are ranked 27th in the league in passing yards allowed per game (248.4) and 29th in points per game (27.1). This could be another game where Hurts could have a two-touchdown performance and the passing game as the Eagles look to be the best team halfway into the season.

One player who does not get enough credit for the Jacksonville Jaguars' rise to becoming one of the top offenses in the AFC is running back Travis Etienne Jr. In seven games played, Etienne has rushed for 504 yards and seven touchdowns on 127 carries. He is averaging 72 yards per game on the ground.
Ordinarily, it will be difficult for any running back to have a solid performance against Pittsburgh, the Steelers this year are not as efficient on the audience side of the ball as several of the past few seasons. Pittsburgh is ranked 28th in the league in rushing yards allowed per game (142.3).
If there is one game that can be a big shock to Steelers nation to pay attention to the problems on the defensive side of the ball instead of the offense, it would be this game with ET and as a big-time contributor.

The Seattle Seahawks host a critical game in week eight against the Cleveland Browns, who are also in a serious hunt to get into the playoffs. This is going to be a hard-fought battle because both the Seahawks and the Browns have high-power defenses accompanied by an efficient set of pass rushers.
One of the most underrated new additions to the Seahawks is defensive tackle Jarren Reed. In six games this season, Reed has accounted for 21 total tackles, eight quarterback hits, four tackles for loss, and four sacks. Reed has been the best defensive playmaker this season and he will look to be a key player for the Seahawks defensively to create pressure up the middle.
The Browns are going to put a lot of pressure on backup quarterback PJ Walker to carry the team to a big road win. He will have to get through a huge wall in the middle of the defense led by Reed to do so.
