The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers will play a special Friday night game in Brazil to commemorate Week 1 of the 2025 NFL season. Don’t kill the messenger, but I have a feeling the Chiefs could be due for some serious regression. Their offensive line, now down Joe Thuney, got obliterated in the Super Bowl, Travis Kelce is waning quickly, their running game leaves much to be desired, and the defense is good, not elite. The Chargers have a defensive identity and run-first approach that should translate well in an unfamiliar environment, not to mention LA’s offensive line got much better.
