MLB Parlay Picks Today: Cubs vs. Cardinals (8:15 PM, EST)

Cubs Moneyline (-144) at FanDuel

Chicago and St. Louis play in a key divisional matchup as both teams are looking to gain ground in the NL Central. The Cubs are 27-24 trailing the Brewers by two games for first place. 

The Cardinals looked like they had no chance of making a run in this division until the last two weeks winning eight of their past ten games. They are 23-26 in third place trailing the Brewers by five games. 

Chicago is starting Shota Imanaga, who has been one of the most electric starting pitchers to watch in 2024. He is 5-0 with a 0.84 ERA making a strong push at capturing the NL CY Young Award. 

St. Louis is starting Miles Mikolas who is 3-5 on the year with a 5.77 ERA. The starting pitchers in St. Louis have felt a lot of pressure in 2024 with the offense struggling until two weeks ago. 

Expect Imanaga to dominate this matchup and remain undefeated. This St. Louis hot streak is going to end shortly, and this is a terrible matchup for the Cardinal’s bats.
