Rams vs. Bills Predictions
The Bills are the hottest team in football and became the first team to clinch a division title with their seventh straight win last week. While that guarantees a spot in the playoffs, the Bills will be playing hard for the AFC’s top overall seed. That means winning games like this one.
We like Buffalo to get a big road win tonight primarily due to the Rams’ lackluster defense. The unit ranks in the bottom five of the league in passing and rushing yards allowed per game. While the defense played its best game of the season last week, it came against an inferior Saints offense.
We expect the Bills to move the ball easily, especially on the ground. Josh Allen and James Cook have combined for 1,037 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground, forming one of the most dangerous backfields in the league. While Cook’s numbers have dropped in the second half of the season, he will thrive against a Rams’ defense torched by the Raiders’ third-string running back last week.
Buffalo’s defense has been good all season but is vulnerable against the run. While that will lead to some big runs from Kyren Williams, the Rams will be forced to work through the air as they attempt to keep pace with the Bills’ offense. Buffalo is far better against the pass and will show on Sunday.
It is worth noting that safety Taylor Rapp has been limited in practice. He seems likely to suit up on Sunday, but it will be worth monitoring his status before betting on the Bills.
Rams vs. Bills - My Pick
The Rams can be incredibly dangerous on offense, but their defense costs them games. Buffalo is the most balanced team in the AFC, and it will help them stay in control of this game. While the public may be smelling an upset, we are confident in an impressive Bills’ win.

Rams vs. Bills Best Prop Bets
Josh Allen Over 27.5 Rush Yards (-117) at Caesars Sportsbook
Allen is currently favored to be this year’s NFL MVP, partly thanks to his ability to run the ball. The quarterback has 334 yards and six touchdowns on the ground, averaging 4.8 YPC. While his carry totals have been erratic, he will have plenty of opportunity against a shotty LA defense this weekend.
The Rams faced a similar threat two weeks ago in Jalen Hurts. They allowed the Eagles’ quarterback to rush for 39 yards on 12 carries.

James Cook Anytime TD (-121) at Caesars Sportsbook
James Cook has found the endzone 12 times this season. He has scored in three consecutive games for a total of four. He has also been incredibly effective at gaining yards, averaging 5.2 YPC over his previous five games.

Kyren Williams Over 70.5 Rush Yards (-121) at Caesars Sportsbook
The Rams’ lead running back has been one of the best in the league over the last three weeks. He rushed for over 70 yards each, averaging a ridiculous 5.7 YPC. The young back is reminding us how high his ceiling is, and the Rams will lean on him as their pass attack cools off.
If there is one weakness on this Bills team, it is their run defense. While they rank around the middle of the league in yards allowed, they are allowing the third-highest YPC (4.9). While they have only allowed seven rushing touchdowns, opposing backs have been finding running room with ease.
