We cashed the Thursday parlay and want to do the same thing on Friday. However, it requires betting against the MLB World Series favorites, the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The Padres have value, and we’re trusting them with our parlay. We’re also taking the Athletics and hoping for runs in the Braves vs. Marlins game.
FanDuel Sportsbook offers new customers $150 in bonus bets instantly when they wager $5 on the platform. To take advantage of the offer, register at FanDuel using our exclusive link.
Here, we will break down our three-leg parlay with +517 odds.

The value for the Padres at +1.5 for -125 is very high. Yoshinobu Yamamoto has been fantastic in his past two starts, but he was lit up by San Diego in South Korea. He went one inning and allowed five earned runs.
We expect Yamamoto to be better than he was in this game, but San Diego should have confidence coming into this matchup. They have been exceptional against right-handed pitching, with the sixth-best average and fifth-most homers in baseball.
Michael King isn’t the best pitcher in the world, and he was also beaten up by the Dodgers in South Korea, but he is coming off a seven-inning, four-hit night against the Giants. Hopefully, he can build on this success.
It’s always hard to bet against the Dodgers, and we hate to do it, but if King can give an average performance, the Padres will be fine offensively in this game and can keep it close.
The Athletics are coming off a 1-0 win over the Rangers. They won the series against the defending champs and have taken four of their past five games.
Oakland has also been a cover machine, covering +1.5 in 7 of their last eight games, and now they’re favored against the Nationals.
The Athletics offense hasn’t been good, but the pitching staff has the 15th best ERA in baseball. The pitching staff has kept them in games, and Paul Blackburn will have to do just that on Friday.
Blackburn has dominated the Guardians and Tigers. Both offenses have been impressive, so we expect big things against Washington if he can shove them. Blackburn has a 0.54 WHIP and has only walked one batter in 13 innings.
Jake Irvin, for the Nationals, has a 5.73 ERA and a 1.36 WHIP in 11 innings on the mound. Take the Athletics to stay hot.

Max Fried’s ERA and WHIP are not normal. He doesn’t look right on the mound and could get back on track against the Marlins. However, he has been lit up by the Diamondbacks and showed no control against the Phillies.
The Marlins are a bottom-half offense, but if 18-ERA Max Fried shows up, the Marlins will score some runs. They have two good offensive outputs in their past five, but for this game to go over, the Braves' offense needs to deliver.
There is no reason to think Atlanta won’t hit. They have scored 5+ runs in four of their past five games. They lead baseball in OPS with a .864. The next closest is the Dodgers at .807.
They will face Trevor Rogers, who is by no means a Cy Young talent. He has a 5.4 ERA and a 1.9 WHIP. He also has seven walks in 10 innings. The Braves aren’t as good against lefties as against righties, but we’re still leaning over because of how unreliable the two pitchers have been.
