Song Yadong | TALE OF THE TAPE | Chris Gutierrez |

5 ft 8 in | Height | 5 ft 8 in |
67 in | Reach | 67 in |
20-7-1, 1 no-contest | Record | 20-5-2 |
At -395, number-seven ranked bantamweight Song Yadong finds himself as the biggest betting favorite on the main card now that his opponent has changed to Chris Gutierrez. Song was originally expected to take on the former bantamweight champion Petr Yan.
With that said, Gutierrez is no laughing matter. He is 8-1-1 in his last ten fights and is coming off of a decision win over Alateng Heili in a bout that took place just two months ago.
Song, 5-2 in his last seven, is coming off of a fifth-round TKO victory over Ricky Simon that took place back in April.
Song is the younger and higher-ranked fighter, but both men will step into the octagon in Saturday’s main event boasting an equal height and reach.

Anthony Smith | TALE OF THE TAPE | Khalil Rountree Jr. |
---|---|---|
35 | Age | 33 |
6 ft 4 in | Height | 6 ft 1 in |
76 in | Reach | 76.5 in |
37-18 | Record | 12-5, 1 no-contest |
Originally slated to face Azamat Murzakanov one week ago, Khalil Rountree now finds himself taking a step up in competition as his original opponent pulled out of their bout after suffering from pneumonia.
Rountree will now face off against the number-eight ranked light heavyweight and former title challenger Anthony Smith, who steps in on short notice and who recently snapped a two-fight skid with his split-decision win over Ryan Spann this past August.
Rountree, ranked 11th in the LHW division, is riding a four-fight winning streak into the co-main event this Saturday, having most recently defeated Chris Daukaus via TKO in the first round of their bout back in August.
Smith is the taller fighter, but with the slightest edge in reach and his recent performances in mind, the oddsmakers have Khalil Rountree Jr. listed as the -230 favorite in this weekend’s co-main event.
Tim Elliott | TALE OF THE TAPE | Su Mudaerji |
---|---|---|
36 | Age | 27 |
5 ft 7 in | Height | 5 ft 10 in |
66 in | Reach | 72 in |
19-13-1 | Record | 16-5 |
Former bantamweight title challenger Tim Elliott will have his hands full this weekend when he takes on the taller, longer fighter that is Su Mudaerji.
Mudaerji is coming off of a submission loss at the hands of Matt Schnell but had won his last three fights prior. He stands three inches taller than Elliott and will have a reach advantage of six inches.
Elliott has had mixed success since signing with the UFC and has a promotional record of 6-7. He is coming off of a third-round submission loss to Muhammad Mokaev at UFC 294 in October.
Somehow, despite everything mentioned above, it is Tim Elliott who the oddsmakers have listed as the favorite to win at -148.
Nasrat Haqparast | TALE OF THE TAPE | Jamie Mullarkey |
---|---|---|
28 | Age | 29 |
5 ft 10 in | Height | 5 ft 8 in |
72 in | Reach | 74 in |
15-5 | Record | 17-6 |
Riding the momentum of two decision wins in a row, Nasrat Haqparast looks to extend his winning streak by defeating Jamie Mullarkey this Saturday.
Mullarkey is 3-1 in his last four fights and is coming off of a big decision win over John Makdessi that took place at UFC 293 back in September.
Haqparast will stand two-inches taller but Mullarkey will have a two-inch advantage in reach. Both men are similar in age and experience, but it is Haqparast who will enter the octagon as the -205 favorite.
Park Jun-Yong | TALE OF THE TAPE | Andre Muniz |
---|---|---|
32 | Age | 33 |
6 ft | Height | 6 ft 1 in |
73 in | Reach | 78 in |
17-5 | Record | 23-6 |
Coming into this matchup with an impressive five-inch reach advantage, Andre Muniz looks to put an end to his recent losing streak. Prior to 2023, Muniz had won nine fights in a row before losing back-to-back fights this past year.
He takes on “the Iron Turtle” Park Jun-Yong - a fighter who currently finds himself on a four-fight winning streak. Jun-Yong most recently submitted Albert Duraev in the second round of their bout back in July.
As mentioned, Muniz will have the physical advantages but it is South Korea’s Park Jun-Yong who is listed as the -175 favorite.
Song Kenan | TALE OF THE TAPE | Kevin Jousset |
---|---|---|
33 | Age | 30 |
6 ft | Height | 6 ft 2 in |
71.5 in | Reach | 75 in |
20-7 | Record | 9-2 |
Kicking off this Saturday’s main card will be a welterweight matchup in which Song Kenan will be looking for his second win in a row over Kevin Jousset, who will be making just his second UFC appearance.
Jousset debuted for the promotion back in September and defeated Kiefer Crosbie via rear-naked choke in the very first round at UFC 293.
Kenana recently snapped a two-fight skid with his recent decision win over Rolando Bedoya back in August.
With both height and reach advantages, Jousset is the -148 favorite to win this weekend.
