The Baltimore Ravens and quarterback Lamar Jackson have already won a playoff game this postseason, but they are reaching for the Super Bowl this season with a stacked roster.
In order to defeat the Kansas City Chiefs, who have a great offense and a great defense, the Ravens will need Star quarterback Lamar Jackson to dominate with his passing ability and on the ground. Jackson has rushed for 60 yards or more in five games this season. He rushed for an additional 100 yards and two touchdowns in the divisional round 34-10 win over the Houston Texans.
Despite being an elite defense this season, Kansas City has had problems stopping the run, especially from dual-threat quarterbacks. Kansas City is 18th in the league in rushing yards allowed per game. In the Chiefs divisional round win over the Buffalo Bills, they let quarterback Josh Allen rush for 72 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries.
Jackson is a more elusive and speedy rusher than Allen. If the Ravens' offense can catch the blitzing schemes of the Chiefs and Jackson reads them efficiently, he could have a couple of huge runs in this game.

The San Francisco 49ers are coming into this game as big favorites versus the Detroit Lions. That doesn't mean it's going to be easy to accomplish. The Lions is just a defense that is young and somewhat inconsistent, but they can play big in big games.
The passing game could be a problem for the Lions to contain as they rank 27th in the league in passing yards allowed per game. This aspect will be the biggest factor of the 49ers’ plan of attack. While dynamic 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel might play, he will not be 100% healthy. The 49ers are likely to turn to Brandon Aiyuk to establish their deep-passing game.
If the 49ers want to survive a potential upset from a rising Lions team, they will need to get the passing game going. He was limited in the 24-21 win over the Green Bay Packers in the Divisional Round by catching three of his six targeted passes for 32 yards. Aiyuk has to be utilized more to ensure a productive offense.
