Best Cowboys vs. Eagles Prop Bets NFL Week 9

Broncos vs Chiefs Predictions

One of the biggest rivalries in the entire NFC is set for this essential week nine of the season. The Dallas Cowboys (5-2) are set to go on the road to take on the Philadelphia Eagles (7-1) in a critical battle for the NFC East Divisional title. The Cowboys and the Eagles split the series last season.

The Cowboys opened the season with two dominating wins at the New York Giants and at home over the New York Jets. After the season-ending injury to cornerback Trevon Diggs, the Cowboys suffered a brutal road loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Dallas has won three of the last four games, but the 42-10 road loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football will be a huge sting.

The Philadelphia Eagles haven't remained the dominating team that will win by double-digit points compared to last season. The Eagles, however, are just as talented as last year's team, if not better. They opened the season with five consecutive wins before losing to the New York Jets. The Eagles are on a two-game consecutive winning streak.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles Best Prop Bets

Pick #1 – Over 29.5 Rushing Yards from Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts (-115)

It should be given that one of the most dynamic runners in the league will have some impact on the running game. While Hurts isn't designed runs as compared to last season, he is going to scramble and break out some big runs.

Hurt says he rushed for over 30 yards in five of his eight games played, where he has been the central point of the offense. Despite facing the loaded defense of the Dallas Cowboys, Hurts is expected to be a central part of the offense and the rushing game.

In two of the three games played versus the Dallas Cowboys, hertz has rushed for over 30 yards. While he may have one of his least productive rushing games this season against Dallas, Hurts will certainly be the key player in this matchup.

Pick #2 – Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns from Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott (+110)

Last season, the secondary of the Philadelphia Eagles dominated as they were one of the most efficient pass defenses in the league. This season, due to the departures of many key players, the Eagles are not as efficient in defending the passing game as they want to be. Philadelphia is ranked 26 in the league in passing yards allowed per game (247.5).

Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott looks to give the Cowboys a boost on the field and finally get the monkey off their back by defeating their rival head-to-head fully healthy.

He has accounted for only two games this season where he has thrown for over one touchdown. He is coming off a tremendous four-passing touchdown performance in the Cowboys' dominating win versus the Los Angeles Rams. Prescott will use his new valve momentum to potentially beat the rival and jump up higher in odds to win the NFC East divisional title.

Pick #3 – Over 73.5 Receiving Yards from Dallas wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (-125)

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is on a roll after a huge win over the Rams, but the entire offense of the Cowboys is as well. That same could be said for wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, who has accounted for over 115 yards in each of the last two games for Dallas.

In the wins over the Rams and the Chargers, Lamb has combined for 19 receptions for 275 yards and two touchdowns. In the game against the Rams last week, Lamb caught 12 receptions for 158 yards and two touchdowns.

With the defense of the Eagles, specifically the pass defense, not being as explosive as last season, it will open up opportunities for Lamb to have one of his most impactful games as a cowboy yet in the regular season.
