Raymond Muratalla vs. Andy Cruz 2026 01 25

The boxing betting odds in the table above show traders working at bet365 strongly fancy Andy Cruz to defeat Raymond Muratalla. Despite supporting Cruz, the oddsmakers aren’t in a rush to write off Muratalla, proving just how competitive this bout will be. Do you agree? Bettors can follow the market and wager on Cruz or aim higher and back Muratalla.

The betting odds displayed come from the bet365 app and are correct at the time of writing. Please remember that betting odds can change, and the price you see when gambling may differ from what was available when we published our Muratalla vs Cruz preview. In many cases, odds shorten on the approach to the first bell. Bet early to secure the best odds.

The simplest way to bet on Raymond Muratalla vs Andy Cruz is to predict the winner. Select the gladiator you expect to come out on top, input your stake, check and confirm. Your wager is live, and a cash-out offer will appear. It’s very easy to follow your bet from there. If your selection wins, you secure a profit. If the opponent wins or it’s a draw, your bet loses.

If you had a bet at greater odds in mind, the method of victory may suit. Predict both the winning fighter and how they’ll achieve the result, like Muratalla by KO/TKO or Cruz on points. Both parts of the bet must land to bank a profit. When targeting the method of victory, it pays to study the form of both fighters. Look for patterns or trends in the results.

Muratalla Form and Figures

Raymond Muratalla will duck between the ropes as an unbeaten fighter, with his professional record showing 23 wins from as many bouts. The 29-year-old from California has beaten 17 of his previous opponents inside the distance, resulting in an impressive 74% knockout average. That stat alone will cause his opponent sleepless nights during his training camp.

Danger made his professional debut back in 2016 with an explosive first-round stoppage. He won his first three bouts without the help of the scoring judges, ensuring he climbed the ranks quickly. After bagging a clutch of titles, Muratalla rose to number three in the world behind stars of the lightweight division, Shakur Stevenson and fan favourite Tank Davis.

Cruz Form and Figures

Boxing enthusiasts already know the name Andy Cruz. A win on Saturday and an emphatic performance would sell his talents to the wider boxing community. The 30-year-old was born in Cuba, where he enjoyed a glittering amateur career. Cruz won multiple medals in the unpaid ranks before stepping into prizefighting in 2023. He settled into pro boxing nicely.

The 2020 Olympic Games gold medalist is being fast-tracked through professional boxing. He won the IBF International belt over 10 rounds on debut and defended it four times. Not many boxers boast a start like that. We last saw Cruz when he stopped Hironori Mishiro inside five rounds at Madison Square Garden last summer. Is he ready to step up a level?

Muratalla vs Cruz Prediction

Now that we’re up to speed on both fighters and what they bring to the table, let’s shift focus to our Muratalla vs Cruz predictions. The betting odds support a win for Cruz, and I believe traders have this one about right. You can back the less experienced professional to live up to expectations and deliver, but there’s more value available in calling the method of victory.

Cruz has won half of his six fights inside the distance, including a fifth-round stoppage last time out. He went the 10-round distance with Omar Salcido Games in Las Vegas last January, and I expect him to land another points decision here. Cruz has the skills, speed, and boxing IQ to impress the judges in the early rounds and pull clear to win the contest.

Muratalla is no easy target. He brings power and vital experience, having contested 113 rounds to his opponent's 45. That shouldn’t be overlooked, and neither should his proud unbeaten record. Raymond won’t be happy to turn up and become another victim on Cruz’s hit list. He’ll aim to drag his rival into deep water, testing how he performs in the later rounds.

I don’t expect this fight to end quickly. Both men bring plenty of power, but neither will be in a rush to throw caution to the wind and leave themselves vulnerable to a well-timed counter. Saturday’s contest in Vegas will go late into the night, but I’m backing Cruz’s pedigree and fitness to shine through, securing him a points win.

Related bets that offer a little more protection include over 7.5 in the total rounds market and the fight to go the distance.
