It’s the final day of the week, and I’m here to share my top NBA player prop picks and bets for the Sunday slate.
James Harden owned Saturday, dropping 55 points and becoming the first player in NBA history to hold the scoring record for two teams, the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Clippers. Franz Wagner also put up 37 points, seven assists and six rebounds as the Orlando Magic took down the New York Knicks.
Sunday’s action begins at 1:00 Eastern with the Miami Heat visiting the Philadelphia 76ers and concludes with a pair of Western Conference matchups, namely the Phoenix Suns hosting the San Antonio Spurs.
Here are my best NBA player prop picks and bets for Sunday, Nov. 23.

Is it a little strange to see Maxey’s line this high? Sure. But the 25-year-old is second in the league in scoring at 33.4 points per night and roasted the Milwaukee Bucks with 53 points on 60 percent shooting in an overtime win on Thursday, his last time on the court.
The Heat are 20th in points allowed and 23rd in made threes allowed per game, heavily influenced by them playing at the fastest pace in the league. Maxey is a terrific transition player and shot 42.1 percent from beyond the arc, and he has a great chance to beat this line.

“The Beard” was nothing short of sublime last night during his record-setting performance against the Charlotte Hornets. Now, he and his Los Angeles Clippers teammates—those that aren’t injured—are heading on the road to face the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are sixth in defensive rating.
Kawhi Leonard is expected to return to the Clippers’ lineup, but there’s no guarantee that he comes back in full force. Harden also went under this line in four straight games and doesn’t have many prolific scoring threats to distract opposing defenses or to help convert passes to assists.

Wagner was cooking yesterday, putting up 37 points on 13-19 (68.4 percent) shooting from the field and 4-6 (66.7 percent) from beyond the arc. However, that marked season-highs in both points and three-pointers made, and I’m not very bullish on his ability to replicate that performance a day later.
Not only is this the second day of a road back-to-back, but the Boston Celtics rank 10th in made threes allowed per game and 12th in three-point percentage allowed. Wagner went under this line in two straight games before his explosion and only made 1.7 threes per game, and considering the C’s play at a glacial pace, I believe there’s a lot of value on his under.

LeBron led the league in assists per game (10.2) during his second season in a Lakers jersey, proving he knew how to lead his troops when asked. His return game this week, during which he recorded 12 assists, was reminiscent of that season, as he looked much more focused on getting the ball to his teammates than he was on scoring.
Luka Doncic leads the league in scoring, and Austin Reaves averaged 28.1 points on 49 percent shooting. With his teammates firing at that level, it shouldn’t be difficult for The King to hand out at least seven helpers in his second game of the season.

LaMelo has looked like crap recently, and it’s okay to admit that. Brandon Miller’s return to the court might suggest that he’s more likely to go over his assist line, but I believe the added pressure on the Atlanta Hawks’ defense could just put Ball in more favorable scoring positions.
Ball has been wildly inefficient shooting the ball recently, but he’s been right at 18 points per game in November while only playing 28.2 minutes per night. A marginal uptick in efficiency or playing time should help him get over a line that is much lower than he’s used to seeing.
