Thanksgiving might be over, but it’s now Black Friday, and I’ve picked what I believe will be the deals of the day with these NBA player prop bets.
The last day of NBA action on Wednesday saw Shai Gilgeous-Alexander drop 40 points, six assists, and six rebounds in a dramatic win against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Later in the evening, Reed Sheppard poured in 31 points and nine rebounds to lift the Kevin Durant-less Houston Rockets over the Golden State Warriors.
Friday’s slate is headlined by the New York Knicks hosting the Milwaukee Bucks and the San Antonio Spurs visiting the Denver Nuggets, along with numerous other matchups.
Here are my top NBA player prop picks and bets for Friday, Nov. 28.

The Detroit Pistons have a strong interior, ranking fourth in points in the paint allowed per game. Carter Jr. also scored just eight points during the Orlando Magic’s previous matchup with the Pistons on Oct. 29.
While the Pistons can lock down the interior, their size and strength leads me to believe that Carter Jr. will actually spend more time on the court than he usually does. He also fouled out in the previous contest with Detroit but was on his way to the over, scoring eight points in 15 minutes.

Rollins is having a breakout season, averaging 18.6 points per game and making 2.4 threes per game on 40.4 percent shooting from long range. He also went over this line in seven of his last 11 games and just took a season-high 14 three-point attempts against the Miami Heat in his last game.
Rollins has a friendly matchup with the Knicks, who rank 26th in three-point percentage allowed (37.9) and 28th in made threes allowed per game. The former Toledo man also went 4-4 from beyond the arc in his lone prior matchup with the Knicks on Oct. 28.

Williams is ready to make his first appearance of the season for the 18-1 Oklahoma City Thunder, which is a terrifying prospect for the rest of the NBA. Although there isn’t any recent data to judge him by, he averaged 5.3 rebounds in 32.4 minutes of game time last season.
Using Williams’ average from last year, he needs to play about 24 minutes in tonight’s game to mathematically get to the over. The difference is that while his shot might be a little rusty, he can always control his effort on the glass, albeit against a Phoenix team that plays at a slow pace.

James has only played three games so far, and he went over in two of those, despite shooting 33.3 percent from range and making 1.3 threes per game. He was 2-5 from downtown in his last outing against the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday in NBA Cup Group Play.
The Dallas Mavericks are coming to town, immediately raising the stakes due to the connection between Luka Doncic and Anthony Davis. I expect full defensive buy-in from the visitors, who rank first in three-point percentage allowed (30.6) and second in made threes allowed per game over the last 10 games.

Getting 17 assists on Wednesday and 15+ in two of the last four games is wildly impressive by Williams Jr., who never averaged more than 3.4 assists per game in a season. For that reason, however, I am going to hold off on fully buying into an enormous deviation.
The Memphis Grizzlies’ offense has been horrific recently, and they are facing an LA Clippers squad that has Kawhi Leonard back in the fold. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Clippers dominate this matchup by suffocating the Memphis offense, including Williams, who beat this line in four of his last five.
