The NBA is back in action on Wednesday, and I’m prepared to share my best player prop picks and bets for the upcoming slate.
Jaylen Brown torched the New York Knicks for 42 points, outdoing the 64 combined points from Karl-Anthony Towns and Mikal Bridges to lead the Boston Celtics to a victory. Anthony Edwards also put up 44 points in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ overtime victory against the New Orleans Pelicans despite 33 points and 15 boards from Trey Murphy III.
Wednesday’s lineup features an exciting matchup on the East Coast between the Charlotte Hornets and the Knicks, as well as a showdown between the Detroit Pistons and the Milwaukee Bucks.
Let’s not wait any longer. These are my top NBA player prop betting picks for Wednesday, Dec. 3.

While these aren’t the most lucrative odds in the world, they are attractive, given that Wagner beat this line in six of his last seven games. The San Antonio Spurs, sans Victor Wembanyama, are also 17th in rebounds allowed per game over their last 10 contests, while the Magic are strong on the glass.
The Spurs are still playing well and should keep this competitive, but without their 7-foot-5 monster on the interior, there should be more misses available to collect. Wagner is playing lots of minutes and averaged 6.8 rebounds per game in November.

Picking lower-tier players that will go over their lines can be tricky, since it’s always unclear how many shots and minutes they will receive. That couldn’t be further from the truth with Avdija, who plays 34.2 minutes per night and averages 16.7 field goal attempts per game.
The sixth-year wing averaged 25.8 points per game on solid shooting splits and went over this line in three straight, as well as five of his last seven games. The Cleveland Cavaliers have a solid defense, but they also don’t mind pushing the pace and creating more shot opportunities in their games.

As if I wasn’t already a fan of Kneuppel, hearing the accountability he took for his team’s recent struggles, and his general blend of awareness and maturity, have completely sold me on him. At just 20 years old, it’s clear that he has a winning mentality to marry with his excellent skills on the court.
The sharpshooting rookie averaged 18.3 points per game. He went under in three of his last four, but he also went over in four straight just before that. Brandon Miller is out on Wednesday, and the Knicks are a bottom-10 team in basketball at defending outside of the three-point line.

Antetokounmpo seems frustrated with the Milwaukee Bucks, if I’m correctly interpreting him deleting all but one of his tweets. That’s understandable, given they lost eight of their last nine games and were just defeated by the hapless Washington Wizards.
The Greek Freak still loves to get up for big games, and he’s about to get a physical Detroit Pistons team that enters with an impressive 17-4 record. The Pistons are a top-10 team on the glass, and Antetokounmpo went under this line in five of the last six games he started and finished, but I expect to see pure frustration and hunger against an MVP candidate (Cade Cunningham) and the first-place team in the Eastern Conference.

The Dallas Mavericks have done a terrific job of defending the three-point line all season, but Wiggins has a chance to slip through the cracks. Tyler Herro and Norman Powell warrant much more attention on the perimeter, and Bam Adebayo will be used primarily in actions at the top of the perimeter.
The Heat play at the fastest pace in the league, and Wiggins is never hesitant to run in transition. He also went over this line in nine of his last 12 games and shot a solid 36.8 percent from three for the year.
