Call it a bit of Christmas luck, but I’m in the middle of my best stretch of NBA betting of the year—and I’m here to share even more NBA prop bets for Monday.
Josh Giddey was one rebound shy of a triple-double as the Chicago Bulls won an extremely high-scoring affair against the Atlanta Hawks, 152-150. Jalen Brunson also had a night to remember, dropping 47 points and eight assists as the New York Knicks took down the Miami Heat.
Today’s schedule includes headlining matchups like the Golden State Warriors hosting the Orlando Magic, as well as the Memphis Grizzlies visiting the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Here are my best NBA player prop picks and bets for Monday, Dec. 22.

I’m taking it back to after-school battles in the driveway with this one. While the Charlotte Hornets are preparing to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers, Ball has to be ready to match up with his older brother, Lonzo Ball, who can be a defensive game-changer when he’s on the floor.
LaMelo had 26 points when he last faced his oldest brother in January, but he had three straight disappointing games just before that. He averaged 19.5 points on 40.6 percent shooting across all of their meetings, and he went under this line in eight of his last 10 contests.

While Williamson averaged a career-low 21.3 points on a career-worst 51.1 percent shooting, he put up 22 points on 77.8 percent shooting when the New Orleans Pelicans met the Dallas Mavericks on Nov. 21. He also dropped 29 points in his last game and beat this line in eight of 13 games this season.
Even though the Mavs have a gargantuan lineup, headlined by Anthony Davis and first-overall pick Cooper Flagg, they allowed the second-most points in the paint per game. They’re also without one of their best interior defenders, Dereck Lively II, which should give Williamson a fighting chance to cash the over.

George should easily be a candidate for the Most Improved Player award if he continues his current trajectory. The third-year guard averaged 24.0 points and 6.9 assists in 34.2 minutes per night for the Utah Jazz.
The 6-foot-4 guard went over this line in two of his last three and in five of eight in December. The Denver Nuggets have dropped to 17th in defensive rating, as well as 23rd in assists allowed per game over their last 15 matchups, while the Jazz’s offense has been humming in recent weeks.

For as long as I can remember, Curry’s assist line has been at 5.5 or 6.5 nearly every night. Dropping him to 4.5 is not only a reflection of his performances (4.2 assists per night), but the scoring burden that has been placed on his shoulders, even at 37 years old.
The Golden State Warriors do not have a cohesive offense, which is why Curry almost has to have explosive scoring nights for them to win games. The Magic also ranked 10th in assists allowed per game over their last 15, and although Curry has been trending over recently, I’m prepared for regression to the mean.

Cunningham is one of the very few players outside of the perennial giants in the league who have a chance at making first-team All-NBA. While he averaged 6.4 rebounds and grabbed 10 boards in back-to-back games, I’m expecting him to go under on Monday.
The Portland Trail Blazers are below league-average in rebounds allowed per game, but that’s largely a byproduct of their pace of play. The Pistons are more around the middle of the league in tempo, and the Blazers have terrific rebounders, such as Deni Avdija, Robert Williams, Donovan Clingan, and others.
