The end of the week is approaching, but I’m back with another round of my best NBA player prop picks for Sunday.Nikola Jokic continued to live in the land of “Basketball Silly,” going for 34 points, 21 rebounds, and 12 assists, yet the Orlando Magic took down the Denver Nuggets at home. Karl-Anthony Towns also dropped 36 points and 15 rebounds in a high-scoring win against the Atlanta Hawks.
Today’s schedule will see the Philadelphia 76ers visit the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Toronto Raptors host the Golden State Warriors, among other matchups league-wide.
Here are my top NBA player prop bets and picks for Sunday, Dec. 28.

The Warriors’ center might stand tall, but he plays like a small guard, camping on the three-point line and waiting to be set up by his teammates. He only made one three in his last three games and was only on the floor for 14 minutes in the Dubs’ last game against the Dallas Mavericks.
Post made 1.5 threes per game on a lowly 32.1 percent shooting from beyond the arc. The Toronto Raptors rank ninth in made threes allowed per game and third in three-point percentage allowed (34.0), which are also huge reasons why I believe he will cash the under.

George only shot 40.9 percent from the floor in December, which is quite interesting, seeing as he also shot 45.3 percent from beyond the arc during that time. He went under this line just as many times as he went over it (four) but enters on a bit of a downswing, going under in two of his last three games.
The Thunder allowed the fewest points per game and generally have a terrific defense. They’ve actually done a subpar job of defending the three, but they still limit their opponents, and George has only survived on outstanding and unsustainable three-point shooting.

Brown is having a career season, averaging 29.4 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.9 assists on 50.2 percent shooting. While he only managed three boards in his last outing, he went over in five of six just before that, grabbing eight or nine rebounds in all of those games.
The Portland Trail Blazers love to get out and run, which means more shots and more rebounding opportunities. They ranked 18th in rebounds allowed per game over their last 15, and Brown is more than capable of contesting their wing players for rebounds.

Coming on the back of what JJ Redick described as an “uncomfortable” practice, imbued with a sense of urgency from the Los Angeles Lakers’ head coach, the team gets to take the floor against a Sacramento Kings squad that was 22nd in points allowed per game over the last few weeks, and mostly doesn’t have strong defensive pieces in its rotation.
The recent calf injury to Austin Reaves means that Doncic will have to carry even more of the scoring burden, despite already leading the NBA in points per game. He went under in three of his last four games, but he still averaged 33.7 per night, and he could easily take 25-30 shots in this game.

Without Ivica Zubac available, the Los Angeles Clippers should struggle to match the size and strength of the youthful but mighty Duren. The 22-year-old averaged 10.8 boards per game and went over in three of his last five, and his primary job when on the floor is to dominate the glass.
The Clippers are ninth in rebounds allowed per game, but replacing Zubac with Brook Lopez should have a noticeable effect on the boards. Duren also only got to play 22 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Utah Jazz due to foul trouble, and I expect him to bounce back with a strong performance.
