The weekend has arrived, and I’m ready to welcome it in with five more of my favorite NBA player prop picks for Saturday.
Brandon Ingram went for 36 points and seven rebounds to lead the Toronto Raptors past the Phoenix Suns, before Anthony Edwards dropped 42 points and eight rebounds in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ win over the Golden State Warriors.
Saturday’s schedule includes a matchup between two young teams playing high-level ball as the San Antonio Spurs will host the Charlotte Hornets. The Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers will also renew their rivalry on the West Coast this evening.
Here are my top NBA player prop picks and bets for Saturday, March 14.

The constant pressure at the point of attack from Stephon Castle, combined with Victor Wembanyama’s presence on the interior, lead me to believe that this will be a high-assist, low-efficiency shooting night for Ball. That’s despite him going over in three of his last four games and scoring 30 points in his last contest.
Ball only had 16 points on 33.3 percent shooting when the Hornets met the Spurs in Charlotte on Jan. 31. The Spurs also ranked fifth in three-point percentage allowed and sixth in made threes allowed over the last few weeks, and Ball should have a tough time getting to his preferred looks.

I can’t think of a more obvious get-right game for Tatum, who did not play in the Boston Celtics’ last game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, than against the Washington Wizards, who recently let Bam Adebayo score 83 points in one game. Tatum is also taking a ton of shots and hasn’t minded putting Jaylen Brown right back behind him in the offensive pecking order.
Tatum scored 20 points in his second game back and 24 in his last game against the Spurs’ elite defense. Now, he gets to pad his stats and continue to find his rhythm against the team that far and away allowed the most points per game over the last few weeks.

Doncic averaged 7.9 rebounds per game, but he went over in five of his last six games, one of those coming against the Denver Nuggets on March 5. He also had 13 and 11 rebounds in two matchups with the Nuggets this season.
Denver is strong on the boards, thanks to the NBA’s leading rebounder, Nikola Jokic. However, Doncic has really hit his stride as of late, and with LeBron James continuing to take a step back on the glass, the Slovenian superstar should still have a solid chance of cashing the over on Saturday night.

Speaking of the man who recently scored 83 points, the second-most in an NBA game in league history, I am looking at him to cash the under on his threes prop. He went under in four of his last six games and shot a miserable 22.6 percent from three in March, which includes the 83-point eruption.
The Orlando Magic aren’t the same as they were defensively, but they allowed the fewest made threes per game over their last 15 contests on 30.7 percent shooting. Adebayo split the over/under in four previous matchups with his in-state rival, shooting 7-19 (36.8 percent) during those meetings.

Clifford scored 18 points in his last game, although he went under in four straight outings before that. However, he also showed his scoring potential, dropping 26 points in the first game of the month and going for 16 and 18 points in his previous matchups with the Los Angeles Clippers.
LA ranked ninth in points allowed per game over the last few weeks and continues to be excellently coached by Ty Lue. However, Clifford is playing close to 40 minutes on average, and the Sacramento Kings have very few scoring threats, and he should get the volume needed to go over this number.
