Both the Rams and 49ers have won 6 games in 2025
Both teams are coming off big time wins
The Rams are 3.5 point favorites with a total of 49.5
Both the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers enter Week 10 with six wins apiece, setting up a crucial divisional clash in a stacked NFC West. The Rams are 3.5-point favorites, and the total is set at 49.5.
Vegas expects fireworks with a projected total near 50 points, making this matchup ideal for player prop bets. Here are three props that I’m confident will cash in Sunday’s showdown from Fanatics Sportsbook.

Christian McCaffrey continues to prove why he’s the most complete running back in football. He’s just as dangerous catching passes out of the backfield as he is running between the tackles.
McCaffrey has gone over 49.5 receiving yards in four of his last five games, including an 82-yard outing against the Rams in their first meeting. San Francisco won that game 26–23 in overtime, and McCaffrey was a major factor throughout the contest.
He has recorded 61 receptions for 626 yards and four touchdowns through the air, easily leading all running backs in receiving production. Even when defenses key on him, his target volume remains elite as he’s been targeted 80 times this season.
Expect McCaffrey to be heavily involved once again, and he could clear this number before halftime in what should be a high-scoring battle.

I’m fading Kyren Williams this week against the 49ers’ front seven. While San Francisco’s defense hasn’t been as dominant as in past years, Williams hasn’t been overly consistent on the ground.
He’s totaled 132 carries for 586 yards and three touchdowns in 2025, going under this number in three of his last five games. Williams is also coming off a 114-yard performance against the Saints, and this feels like a prime letdown spot.
In their first meeting, he managed just 65 rushing yards against San Francisco, and that was with the Rams’ offensive line playing better than it has lately. With Matthew Stafford’s deep arsenal, Los Angeles is more likely to attack through the air.
Williams could still find the end zone, but he’ll likely struggle to rack up big yardage against this 49ers defense.

The final prop I’m backing is Davante Adams to find the end zone once again. He’s been red-hot, scoring five touchdowns over his last two games, including a three-score performance against Jacksonville.
Adams remains one of the league’s most dangerous red-zone threats thanks to his size, route running, and elite chemistry with Matthew Stafford. When the Rams get inside the 20, Stafford looks his way first and for good reason.
So far this season, Adams has caught 36 passes for 491 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging nearly a score per game. The 49ers don’t have a cornerback capable of handling him one-on-one.
Adams should see plenty of favorable matchups. Take the receiver to score a touchdown and let’s sweep these props on Sunday night.
