The Week 14 edition of Sunday Night Football features a fantastic matchup between two AFC rivals fighting for the playoffs. The 6-6 Kansas City Chiefs, who are in danger of missing the postseason, will face a 7-5 Houston Texans team fighting to win the AFC South. While we don’t expect many points, we see some fantastic same-game parlay options on the board.
Below, we will share our favorite same game parlay for this Week 14 matchup between the Chiefs and Texans. We'll provide insights into each leg we’ve selected and provide odds courtesy of BetMGM Sportsbook, one of our top-rated parlay betting sites.

While the Chiefs’ offense ranks in the top ten of the league in yards and scoring, it is nowhere near as dangerous as it was in previous seasons. Rashee Rice’s return has helped, but we still saw this offense falter against the Broncos' great defense two weeks ago.
The Broncos' loss is a bad omen, given that Houston’s defense is even better. The Texans lead the league in yards allowed per game (265.7) and scoring (16.5 PPG). They have allowed 20+ points only 3 times this season, with the last coming on November 9. They have been incredible across the board, and have more than enough talent to compete with this Chiefs offense.
On the other side of the ball, we don’t trust the Houston offense in a dome, much less the cold weather they’ll face on Sunday Night. Woody Marks has been solid, filling in as the top running back, but he only averages a mediocre 3.6 YPC. The Chiefs’ run defense is stout, and we don’t believe Marks will be able to help control the pace of this cold-weathered game.

There have been many NFL analysts who have underwhelmed since his return from suspension. While it's clear the young receiver is still settling into an updated Kansas City offense, the team is focused on getting him the ball. Rice has seen 12 targets in two consecutive games and will likely match that in prime time on Sunday.
The increased usage has led Rice to surpass this total in four of his last five games. The Texans' pass defense is fantastic, but so is Rice. Given his role in the offense, we believe that volume will ensure this bet hits.

While we still don’t trust the Houston offense, CJ Stroud has captured our attention. While he was stifled by the Broncos two weeks ago, he’s surpassed this total in four of his last five games. That includes last week, when he completed 62.9% of his passes for 276 yards.
Stroud struggled against Denver, but that was mainly due to their overwhelming pass rush. The Chiefs don’t have that, meaning Stroud will have time to throw. Without a reliable run game, we expect him to throw the ball around for much of this game and scramble when possible.
While Stroud only has 189 rush yards on the season, he does average an impressive 6.3 YPC.
