There was no better way to start the week than by going 5-0 with my best NBA player props on Monday—but don’t worry if you missed out, because I’ve already picked my favorite bets for Tuesday.

Nikola Jokic bent the fabric of reality yet again, going for 36 points, 18 rebounds, and 13 assists in a hard-fought loss against the Chicago Bulls. Tyrese Maxey also had 39 points and six assists to help drag the Philadelphia 76ers past the Los Angeles Clippers.

Tuesday’s slate features the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons, on a 10-game winning streak, taking on the Atlanta Hawks, who are 7-2 since Trae Young went down with an injury. The night closes out with the Phoenix Suns facing the Portland Trail Blazers on the West Coast.

Looking for the best NBA player prop picks and bets for today? Let’s jump into my best bets for Tuesday, Nov. 18.

Jalen Johnson Under 20.5 Points (-118) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Johnson has been playing terrific basketball as of late, scoring 24+ points in three straight games and averaging 22.4 on 60/52/75 shooting splits during November. However, he’s getting one of the worst matchups in the league with the Pistons, who, as previously mentioned, will be as confident as they can be amid their 10-game winning streak.

Johnson only attempted 2.8 threes per game, meaning that he prefers to do the majority of his damage on the interior. That’s problematic, seeing as the Pistons are second in defensive rating, fourth in points allowed per game, and fourth in points in the paint allowed per game. Look for Jalen Duren and company to help lock down the interior and keep Johnson under this line.

Buddy Hield Under 1.5 Threes (-125) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Hield, known as a sharpshooter, is shooting a career-worst 32.1 percent from beyond the arc. That shouldn’t be a surprise in many ways, as he’s also playing a career-low 16.8 minutes per night and is likely struggling to get into a rhythm on the court.

Regardless of the reasoning, Hield and the Golden State Warriors are getting a tough matchup with the Orlando Magic, who allowed the fewest made threes per game (11.3). Considering he went under in 10 of 15 games, placed 20 or fewer minutes in 13 straight, and is facing a stingy defense, everything screams to go with the under.

Luke Kornet Over 8.5 Rebounds (-114) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Kornet snatched 11 rebounds in 28 minutes while filling in for Victor Wembanyama against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday. With him in line to receive a similar workload on Tuesday night, Kornet has the potential to have another strong day on the boards.

Wembanyama is out for at least a couple of weeks, and the Memphis Grizzlies rank 26th in rebounds allowed per game. He won’t have to contend with Wemby, while Jaren Jackson Jr. is a terrible rebounder for a big man, which puts Kornet in a strong position ahead of tip-off.

Rui Hachimura Under 11.5 Points (-138) at FanDuel Sportsbook

There are two ways to look at this bet. On one hand, the rumored return of LeBron James could severely impact Hachimura’s touches on offense and overall minutes, while on the other, the Los Angeles Lakers potentially blowing out the Utah Jazz could lead to more younger players getting the chance to get on the court, while veterans like Hachimura get to rest on the bench.

The 27-year-old has done a very nice job in LeBron’s absence, going over in six of his last seven games. The Jazz also allowed the third-most points per game, so I’d wait for LeBron’s return to be confirmed before taking the under on this line.

Jaylen Brown Under 26.5 Points (-114) at FanDuel Sportsbook

One of the most interesting revelations of this season is that Brown, usually the second option behind Jayson Tatum, has increased his overall efficiency despite being asked to carry more of the offensive load. He went over this line in five of his last seven games and just had 33 points, albeit on 42.4 percent shooting, in his last outing.

The Boston Celtics are taking on the Brooklyn Nets in a matchup between two teams that rank in the bottom three in the entire league in pace. Brown split the over/under on this line in his four matchups against teams that rank in the bottom five for pace, but his most recent over (in his last game) came on terrible efficiency, and that leads me to believe he’ll trend under on Tuesday night.
