Another day in the NBA has arrived, and I’m back to share my best player prop picks for Tuesday’s action.
The San Antonio Spurs won last night’s matchup with the Detroit Pistons in a battle between two of the top three teams in the league. Victor Wembanayama went for 21 points, 17 rebounds, and six blocks in the matchup, while Cade Cunningham was held to 16 points on 5-26 (19.2 percent) shooting.
There’s a much more robust schedule on Tuesday, which is headlined by a cross-conference showdown between the Boston Celtics and the Phoenix Suns.
Here are my top NBA player prop picks and bets for Tuesday, Feb. 24.

Jones, the 38th pick in last summer’s NBA Draft, did not record a single rebound in 31 minutes of action in Sunday’s loss to the Dallas Mavericks. He also went under this line in six of his last seven games and played at least 30 minutes of action in three of those contests (one over, two unders).
Jones is expected to see a solid workload tonight because of the plethora of injuries that are affecting the Indiana Pacers. However, the Philadelphia 76ers are solid on the glass and have active guards and wings, and the value is too much for me to ignore.

Ball torched the Washington Wizards with 37 points and 10 made threes in only 27 minutes on Sunday. Despite that, he went under this line in five of his last seven games, and he went under in both previous matchups with the Chicago Bulls (despite them playing terrible defense).
Miles Bridges is returning to the lineup after serving a suspension for brawling with the Pistons, which means that there will be fewer shots for Ball. He also hasn’t gone over this line in back-to-back games since Jan. 12 and 15, and I believe he will cool off after his incandescent outing over the weekend.

Green only went 1-7 (14.3 percent) in 22 minutes in his last outing, and he shot 7-27 (25.9 percent) from three-point territory since the All-Star break. He went under this line in four of his last five games and only made 2.0 threes per game on 31.3 percent shooting for the year.
The Celtics allowed the fewest points per game over the last few weeks, and they ranked 11th in made threes allowed on 33.6 percent shooting during that span. Green is a low-efficiency player who is struggling to find his rhythm amid an injury-riddled season and who could only get about 25 minutes of action tonight.

The Los Angeles Lakers are a lazy basketball team that doesn’t have many above-average defenders, particularly on the perimeter. Black is the exact type of player that won’t be at the top of the scouting report, since he’s only shooting 34.6 percent from beyond the arc, but who will be allowed to take corner shots and who will benefit from lazy closeouts by the LA defenders.
Black made 1.7 threes per game and went over in three of his last five outings. The Lakers ranked 10th in made threes allowed per game over the last few weeks, but those numbers are misleading, and they are a low-effort team that has gaps in their defense.

Clingan just scored 23 points against the solid defense of the Phoenix Suns in his last contest, and he went over this line in three straight games. Rudy Gobert has been playing excellent defense this season and will be in Defensive Player of the Year conversations again, but Clingan has the size to move him around on the block.
The Timberwolves ranked 19th in points allowed per game over the last few weeks, and the absences of Deni Avdija and Shaedon Sharpe mean that there will be more shots to go around. Scoot Henderson also recently re-joined the rotation, meaning that there is another willing passer at guard who can get the ball to Clingan.
