The Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos will face off on Saturday at 4:30 PM EST. The Broncos have been one of the best teams in the AFC this season, but they’ll face a major challenge in slowing down Josh Allen.
Allen has carried the Bills to this point with his elite play at quarterback. While Buffalo features a strong running game, the defense has been inconsistent, placing even more responsibility on Allen’s shoulders.
Denver’s defense is elite, meaning this matchup will likely come down to star power. Allen is the best player on the field, and his ability to create explosive plays should be enough to push Buffalo to a victory.

49ers: Spread +7.5 (-110) | Moneyline +300
Seahawks: Spread -7.5 (-110) | Moneyline -380
Total: Over/Under 45.5 (-110/-110)
The 49ers are 7.5-point underdogs against the Seahawks, and that number may not even be enough for San Francisco. Injuries have decimated this roster, making it impressive that the 49ers are still in this position at all.
George Kittle tore his ACL last week in the win over the Eagles, which could be the final blow for San Francisco’s offense. Seattle boasts one of the best defenses in the NFL, and the 49ers are running out of weapons beyond Christian McCaffrey.
The Seahawks dominated this matchup just a few weeks ago, and this game should follow a similar script.

Texans: Spread +3.0 (-115) | Moneyline +130
Patriots: Spread -3.0 (-105) | Moneyline -155
Total: Over/Under 41.0 (-110/-110)
The New England Patriots’ offense struggled against the Chargers, but their defense stepped up in a big way by not allowing a touchdown in the Wild Card Round. New England may be the best team remaining in the AFC, though they are just 2–2 against teams above .500 this season.
The Patriots face their toughest test yet on Sunday against the Texans, who enter the matchup riding a 10-game winning streak. Houston’s defense ranks among the best in the NFL and even accounted for two touchdowns against the Steelers.
Offensively, however, the Texans lack consistency, which could prove costly in this matchup. Drake Maye should be the difference-maker and give New England the edge.
Rams: Spread -3.5 (-115) | Moneyline -200
Bears: Spread +3.5 (-105) | Moneyline +165
Total: Over/Under 51.0 (-110/-110)
The Bears have looked like they’re going to lose most games this season, yet they consistently rally in the fourth quarter. Still, that’s not a formula they can rely on much longer, especially against the NFL’s best teams.
Los Angeles boasts an elite offense led by future MVP Matthew Stafford, and if the Bears fall behind early, the Rams will put points on the board. For Chicago to stay competitive, they must control the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and keep pace offensively with Los Angeles.
The Bears have the personnel to keep this game close, making the spread appealing - so long as they avoid falling behind by double digits early.
