If “Give me a chance, coach!” was represented in the Big Game odds, these prop bets would carry the title.

Major sportsbooks are offering tons of Big Game prop bets, including several that can be won with just a single play. We’re not talking about anytime touchdown scorers, either - we’re talking about receivers who need one yard to cash their over and go down as a winner.

While Drake Maye, Sam Darnold, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba dominate the headlines, here’s a look at the most slept-on Big Game prop bets and odds.

Get One Yard and Cash the Prop

This started out with a cliche, so here’s another: If “happy to be here” could be interpreted in the form of betting odds, BetMGM would assign it to a few players set to appear in the Big Game.

Four players were given over/unders of 0.5 receiving yards. The sad part is that all of those players are legitimate offensive guys, not a linebacker who comes in to play fullback on the goal line.

Here’s a look at these potentially disrespectful Big Game prop bets:

  • Kyle Williams over/under 0.5 receiving yards (+190/-235)

  • Jake Bobo over/under 0.5 receiving yards (+150/-210)

  • Elijah Arroyo over/under 0.5 receiving yards (-120/+100)

  • Jack Westover over/under 0.5 receiving yards (+290/-375

Although their totals aren’t quite zero, several other players were also listed with single-digit Big Game receiving props. Those include:

  • TreVeyon Henderson over/under 2.5 receiving yards (-135/+110)

  • Austin Hooper over/under 8.5 receiving yards (-125/-105)

  • Demario Douglas over/under 9.5 receiving yards (-130/+100)

More "Disrespectful" Big Game Dark Horse Prop Bets?

Big Game rushing props are also available for numerous underdogs. One of those, Smith-Njigba, will be at the center of the Seahawks’ passing attack, but he also has +230 odds of recording one or more rushing yards.

Four Seahawks players were given projected rushing lines in the single digits. Those include:

  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba over/under 0.5 rushing yards (+230/-285)

  • Rashid Shaheed over/under 2.5 rushing yards (-110/-105)

  • Sam Darnold over/under 6.5 rushing yards (+105/-140)

  • George Holani over/under 9.5 rushing yards (-140/+105)

Interestingly, BetMGM’s player props don’t include AJ Barner, the Seahawks’ designated tush pusher. Barner ran the ball at least once in nine games across the regular season and playoffs, and he had a four-game stretch in the middle of the season during which he got at least one carry in every game.

Barner also carried the ball once for two yards in one of Seattle’s playoff appearances. He has +240 odds of scoring a touchdown in the Big Game

Speaking of touchdowns, the most unlikely touchdown scorer receiving Big Game prop odds at BetMGM is the Seahawks’ third-year fullback, Brady Russell (+5000). He never carried the football and got one receiving target, which he did not catch, during his career.

A wide variety of additional Big Game prop bets can be found at BetMGM Sportsbook.
