  • Rome Odunze is expected to miss the game

  • Chicago leads the league with 22 interceptions

The Detroit Lions’ playoff hopes may be over, but don’t bet on this Dan Campbell-led team rolling over in Week 18. They’ll have a chance to hurt their NFC North rivals as the Chicago Bears seek to capture the highest seed available. We anticipate a thrilling and high-scoring game, giving us plenty of great offensive prop bets to choose from.

Lions vs Bears 2026 01 04

D’Andre Swift Anytime TD (+103) at Caesars Sportsbook

Swift scored against his former team to open the season, and we expect him to do so again to finish it.

Swift has been electric all season for the Bears, averaging 4.9 YPC while scoring ten combined touchdowns. Those are impressive numbers, especially when considering he is splitting carries in the Chicago backfield.

Unlike years past, the Lions' run defense has been a liability in 2025. They rank in the bottom half of the league in rushing yards per game (117.6), touchdowns (16), and YPC average (4.4). Detroit has allowed at least 150 yards and two touchdowns on the ground in three consecutive games. With a far more potent rush attack on deck for tonight, we expect another ugly showing.

Caleb Williams 250+ Pass Yards (+107) at Caesars Sportsbook

The only reason the Lions' pass defense stats were good last week was that they played Max Brosmer, who needed just 51 passing yards to help Minnesota pull off the upset. Before that, they played the aging Aaron Rodgers and were it up for 266 yards, despite DK Metcalf leaving the game at half.

Williams needs to be more efficient, but he is passing the ball a ton and making some big plays. While Rome Odunze isn’t expected back, we have seen the quarterback form a connection with Luther Burden III, which has Chicago fans salivating. Add in the play of rookie tight end Colston Loveland, and you can see why the Bears' pass offense is thriving over the final weeks of the season.

It’s also important to remember how bad the Chicago defense is, meaning Williams will likely need to pass the ball early and often.

Jared Goff Over 0.5 INTs (-108) at Caesars Sportsbook

Jared Goff has been outstanding all season, posting the third most passing yards (4,233) and second in touchdowns (33). He only has seven interceptions, but two of those came last week. With the Lions' playoff hopes over, we don’t expect him to be overly careful on Sunday Night Football.

Goff has taken on more pressure of late as the Lions’ explosive backfield has gone quiet. Jahmyr Gibbs hasn’t averaged more than 3.6 YPC in five straight games, while David Montgomery hasn’t been much better. That means Goff will be throwing the ball often, giving the Bears defense plenty of chances to pick one.

The Bears' defense is horrible, but they have a preternatural ability to generate turnovers. They lead the NFL with 22 interceptions, helping offset the fact that the Bears have allowed the fifth-most passing touchdowns in 2025.
