The Bucs defense is allowing 27.4 points per game over their last four
Matthew Stafford has thrown for 3+ TDs in five of their last seven games
The Rams have allowed the sixth-most receptions in the NFL
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have seen their division lead dwindle as injuries pile up, but they may finally have a couple of their stars back on the field this week. Bucky Irving and Chris Godwin Jr. are hoping to make their returns for their Sunday Night Matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. Will their return help the Bucs pull off an upset and keep their division lead, or will they be overwhelmed by an LA team that has won five straight games?
Below, we will share our favorite same game parlay for this Week 12 matchup between the Bucs and Rams. We’ll provide insights into each leg we’ve selected and provide odds courtesy of BetMGM Sportsbook, one of our top-rated parlay betting sites.

The Rams' defense has been a massive strength in 2025, but they will be challenged by a Bucs team with its back against the wall. The injury bug has torn apart the offensive depth chart, but it appears two key weapons could return for this game in Bucky Irving and Chris Godwin Jr. With Mike Evans on the IR for most of the season, we expect this offense to get a significant boost if either or both return.
LA’s run defense ranks among the best in the league, but Tampa has been pounding the ball on the ground the last few weeks. Over their previous two games, they have posted 268 yards and five touchdowns. Backup Sean Tucker has been unstoppable in Bucky Irving’s absence, averaging 5.0 YPC over the last three weeks. If Irving returns, expect the Bucs to have success breaking out for big plays on the ground.
On the other side of the ball, the Bucs defense has been lit up over the last month. They’re averaging 27.4 points allowed over their last four games, leading them to lose three. The lone win came against a lackluster Saints offense that managed only three points.
Those defensive struggles will be exposed on Sunday Night Football. The Rams offense is averaging the sixth-most points (27.2) in the NFL, and has scored 34+ points in three of their last four games.
Lastly, we are betting on Baker Mayfield to show up big in prime time. While the Bucs still lead a bad NFC South, the Panthers sit a mere half-game behind them. We believe there are a few quarterbacks more dangerous than Baker under pressure, and that will translate into a lot of points on Sunday.

This is a higher TD total bet, but we believe it is well worth the risk for a couple of reasons.
Last week, a great Seahawks defense held Stafford to just two touchdowns. However, the veteran quarterback threw 4+ touchdowns in the three games before that. He has covered this total in five of his previous seven games.
While Seattle had some success against Stafford, Tampa doesn’t have the talent to replicate that effort. They rank twenty-seventh in passing yards per game (241.6), and allowed Josh Allen to throw three touchdowns last week. With Davante Adams and Puka Nacua both healthy, expect the LA pass attack to see a lot of action this weekend.

The rookie receiver has stepped up for the Bucs as they navigate injuries. He has covered this total in his last two games and has been targeted 9+ times in four straight. If Godwin returns, it will only lead to more open looks for the young star.
While LA’s pass defense generates turnovers, it ranks in the bottom half of the league in receiving yards allowed per game (240.3). They have also seen the sixth-most receptions (237) in the NFL.
