Detroit has many weapons on offense, but St Brown continues to prove that he’s one of the best receivers in football. He always plays well in prime time because the Lions emphasize throwing the ball against quality opponents. 

Kansas City is in a must-win situation, and they’ll do their best to limit St. Brown. However, this is easier said than done as the Lions have so many weapons to account for in this game. There will be moments where St. Brown is open, resulting in him exceeding 74.5 yards.

Patrick Mahomes Over 31.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at Fanatics Sportsbook

Former NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes is the leading rusher for Kansas City in 2025, which is why they’re 2-3. With the Chiefs’ non-existent run game, Mahomes has found success on the ground moving the chains when pressured. 

Mahomes has 28 carries for 190 yards to go with three rushing touchdowns in 2025. Kansas City has suffered injuries at wide receiverand Rashee Rice is still suspended, so Mahomes has to use his legs. 

Last week against Jacksonville, Mahomes ran for 60 yards and scored. He’s one of the best scrambling quarterbacks in the league and is always extending plays outside of the pocket which lead to rushing yards. 

The Lions haven't done a great job at defending mobile quarterbacks. Lamar Jackson had 35 rushing yards against Detroit a few weeks ago, and I think Mahomes will put up a similar performance. 

Kansas City’s offensive line has been average at best in 2025, so it wouldn't surprise me to see Mahomes running all over the field.

Jameson Williams Over 49.5 Receiving Yards (-115) at Fanatics Sportsbook  

It’s safe to say that Jameson Williams has struggled tremendously so far in 2025, but he has a favorable matchup against the Chiefs. Williams has 11 receptions for 223 yards and a touchdown in 2025. 

Trent McDuffie will be matched up on Amon-Ra St Brown, and this will free up Williams to the next best corner. He’s one of the best deep ball receivers in the NFL and I think Goff will target him early in the game.

Expectations were very high for Wiliams this season and the Lions even gave him a contract extension a few weeks ago. This tells me that Detroit trusts him and still has big plans for him going forward. 

The game total is set at 52.5 points, so there should be plenty of offense. This is a great game to take overs for player props because I think everyone will be involved.

Williams can easily cash this prop with just one deep reception. I trust him to clear this number against a secondary that has been very inconsistent in 2025.
