Panthers: Spread +2.5 (-105) | Moneyline +125
Buccaneers: Spread -2.5 (-115) | Moneyline -150
Total: Over/Under 44.0 (-110/-110)
The Panthers are in a prime position to win the NFC South. If Carolina beats Tampa Bay or the Falcons beat the Saints on Sunday, the Panthers will earn the division title.
The Buccaneers are 1-7 over their past eight games and have one of the worst defenses in the NFL during this stretch. Tampa Bay is playing like the season is over, and they are still the favorites.
Bryce Young and company are hungry for a win, and this is where they surpass the Buccaneers in a division Tampa Bay has owned for half of a decade.
Seahawks: Spread -1.5 (-105) | Moneyline -120
49ers: Spread +1.5 (-115) | Moneyline +100
Total: Over/Under 49.5 (-110/-110)
The Seahawks have a defense capable of winning the Super Bowl. The 49ers’ defense can’t stop a nosebleed.
On the flip side, San Francisco has a high-powered offense, whereas Seattle has an inconsistent scoring unit. Defense is usually more consistent than offense, and Seattle is healthier. If Sam Darnold holds onto the ball, his team has a great chance to prevail.

Saints: Spread +3.0 (-115) | Moneyline +135
Falcons: Spread -3.0 (-105) | Moneyline -160
Total: Over/Under 43.5 (-110/-110)
After a rough start to the season, Tyler Shough has become one of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL. Shough has thrown for 2,125 yards and nine touchdowns this season.
He has also been dominant on the ground, so the Saints are in a strong position to win this game. The Falcons are coming off a win over the Rams, but I fear that they have no gas left in the tank.
Browns: Spread +7.5 (-110) | Moneyline +275
Bengals: Spread -7.5 (-110) | Moneyline -350
Total: Over/Under 44.5 (-110/-110)
Joe Burrow and the Bengals dominated the Cardinals last week. Shedeur Sanders and the Browns are also coming off a huge win as they beat the AFC North-leading Pittsburgh Steelers. Get the latest AFC North odds here.
Cleveland has one of the best defenses in the NFL, but they have to face elite weapons for Cincinnati. Over 60 minutes, the Bengals’ offense will make more plays than the Browns', resulting in a Cincinnati win.
Packers: Spread +6.5 (-110) | Moneyline +235
Vikings: Spread -6.5 (-110) | Moneyline -290
Total: Over/Under 36.5 (-110/-110)
Malik Willis has done an excellent job filling the void for Jordan Love during his injury. Willis is 0-2 in his past two appearances, but he has been more explosive than Love at quarterback.
The Packers are in the playoffs and will likely sit starters in this contest. Meanwhile, this is the Vikings' final game of the season, and we should see a full effort.
Cowboys: Spread -4.0 (-110) | Moneyline -220
Giants: Spread +4.0 (-110) | Moneyline +180
Total: Over/Under 51.5 (-110/-110)
The Dallas Cowboys had one of the most explosive offenses in the NFL this season. Dak Prescott has targeted CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens all season, and it has led to many points.
Dallas didn’t make the playoffs, but it would be surprising to see them drop this game against the Giants. If the Cowboys eliminate Jaxson Dart’s ability to run the ball, New York shouldn’t be competitive.
Titans: Spread +12.5 (-110) | Moneyline +500
Jaguars: Spread -12.5 (-110) | Moneyline -700
Total: Over/Under 47.5 (-110/-110)
The Jacksonville Jaguars survived against the Colts last week, setting themselves up with a chance to win the AFC South on Sunday. The Jaguars have embraced the underdog role even though they’re playing like one of the best teams in the NFL.
The Titans have a young team and should be better next season. However, Cam Ward isn’t outplaying Trevor Lawrence on Sunday.
Packers: Spread +10.0 (-110) | Moneyline +400
Vikings: Spread -10.0 (-110) | Moneyline -550
Total: Over/Under 39.5 (-110/-110)
The Houston Texans are a double-digit favorite over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The Colts have been eliminated from the playoffs despite some fantastic play from Philip Rivers.
The Texans' defense is elite and will swarm the Colts throughout this contest. Additionally, Indianapolis has been very shaky on defense, which should open up CJ Stroud for a solid outing.
Jets: Spread +7.0 (-110) | Moneyline +280
Bills: Spread -7.0 (-110) | Moneyline -360
Total: Over/Under 38.0 (-110/-110)
Josh Allen will most likely not play for the Bills on Sunday, and Buffalo is still a seven-point favorite. The Jets had no chance against the Patriots' backups in the second half last week, and it will be the same against Buffalo.
Brady Cook hasn’t been efficient, and the Jets’ rushing attack has been lackluster behind Breece Hall. The Bills should gain significant momentum heading into the playoffs from this game.
Lions: Spread +2.5 (-110) | Moneyline +125
Bears: Spread -2.5 (-110) | Moneyline -150
Total: Over/Under 50.5 (-110/-110)
The Detroit Lions had a down season and will miss the playoffs in 2025. However, they are the favorites this week against Chicago on the road. Dan Campbell should use this game to build momentum heading into 2026, while the Bears will rest starters.
As long as Jared Goff controls the ball, this contest should go in favor of Detroit. The Lions’ starters will be better than the Bears’ backups.
Chargers: Spread +12.5 (-110) | Moneyline +550
Broncos: Spread -12.5 (-110) | Moneyline -800
Total: Over/Under 37.5 (-110/-110)
One of the bigger stakes games of the week will occur in Denver on Sunday. The Broncos have a chance to earn the top seed in the AFC with a win over the Chargers.
Los Angeles would have been fighting for the AFC West with a victory over the Texans last week. However, this won’t be the case due to their loss. Therefore, the Chargers are more motivated, and it should result in a victory.
Packers: Spread -5.5 (-110) | Moneyline -270
Vikings: Spread +5.5 (-110) | Moneyline +220
Total: Over/Under 36.5 (-110/-110)
The Chiefs and Raiders are both playing for nothing at this point in the season. The Raiders are in line to get the number one pick with a loss, and they’re resting starters to make sure this happens.
While the Chiefs don’t have Patrick Mahomes, they still nearly beat the Broncos last week with their third-string quarterback. I don’t expect the Raiders to provide too much resistance.
Cardinals: Spread +7.5 (-115) | Moneyline +300
Rams: Spread -7.5 (-105) | Moneyline -380
Total: Over/Under 46.5 (-110/-110)
The Los Angeles Rams are competing for the No. 5 seed in the NFC. This is a coveted spot because it will face the Buccaneers or Panthers, rather than the Bears or Eagles.
The Rams lost to the Falcons last week, so they need to win and have the Seahawks prevail on Saturday to secure the No. 5 seed.
The Cardinals have been one of the worst teams in the NFL, and I don’t see this changing.
Dolphins: Spread +11.5 (-110) | Moneyline +450
Patriots: Spread -11.5 (-110) | Moneyline -600
Total: Over/Under 45.5 (-110/-110)
The Patriots clinched the AFC East, but there is still an outside chance of them winning the one seed if the Broncos lose on Sunday. It’s highly doubtful this happens, but Mike Vrabel is expected to have starters on the field for a portion of this game.
Miami is coming off a win against Tampa Bay, but they’re not very good, and they really struggle in the cold.
Commanders: Spread +7.0 (-110) | Moneyline +270
Eagles: Spread -7.0 (-110) | Moneyline -340
Total: Over/Under 41.0 (-110/-110)
The Eagles are playing for seeding on Sunday, but shouldn’t have their starters on the field for too long in this game. The Commanders have been one of the worst teams in the NFL, and they’re outmatched in this contest.
Philadelphia’s defense is dominant, and this should show throughout this contest. It will be surprising to see Washington generate many points with Josh Johnson at quarterback.
Ravens: Spread -3.5 (-105) | Moneyline -190
Steelers: Spread +3.5 (-115) | Moneyline +160
Total: Over/Under 41.0 (-110/-110)
The AFC North is on the line on Sunday when the Ravens face the Steelers. The Steelers losing to the Browns in Week 17 set up this title game, and I’m leaning toward Baltimore.
Pittsburgh doesn’t have DK Metcalf, which will make their offensive game plan difficult. Derrick Henry had four touchdowns last week, so expect Baltimore to pound the rock and pick up a difficult win.
