bet365 and the UFC Announce Extension of Existing Partnership in UK and Ireland

Good news for fans of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), as the UFC and bet365 have just announced an extension of their existing partnership after their 2021 together went well, and now the “world’s premier mixed martial arts organization” has named the “world’s favorite online sports betting brand” as their exclusive ‘Official Betting Partner’ in the UK and Ireland.

The teaming up of these two industry giants not only gives fight fans continued access to a reputable sportsbook that offers competitive odds and efficient transactions, but they are also going to get to enjoy unique digital content centered around everything MMA.

Nick Smith, Vice President of Global Partnerships at UFC, sees this partnership with bet365 as a no-brainer after how well things went last year when the two teamed up, telling the press:

After such a successful 2021 with bet365, we’re looking forward to expanding our partnership to include the creation of new digital content for our fans this year. This is the continuation of what we believe will be a long relationship with bet365.

It’s that “new digital content” that should have fight fans frothing.

Agreement Includes Launch of Digital MMA Show Hosted by UFC Analyst Laura Sanko

Unlike in the three-TV-channel days of the past, entertaining content is now digital, on-demand, and entirely specialized for whatever happens to float your boat, and for mixed martial arts fans, that includes live events as well as any breakdown of the sport they love.

Now, as part of this ongoing UFC/bet365 partnership, a new YouTube (YT) show entitled ‘One on One,’ hosted by UFC analyst and commentator Laura Sanko will be available online, with each episode featuring behind the scenes action, fight previews, reviews, and feature-based content.

In a press release, a spokesperson from bet365 says they are excited to continue working with the UFC to provide both in-person entertainment and digital content for fight fans:

We are delighted to extend our relationship with UFC in a year that sees the organization return to the UK with live events. We are looking forward to giving Laura Sanko an additional platform to engage with the UFC fan base and show her technical insight and analysis.

They’re even putting their money where their mouths are by offering UFC giveaways to the fans.

Fans Who Subscribe to ‘One on One’ YouTube Channel Can Win UFC Giveaways

As sports bettors know, the US has entered a new era of sports gambling now that the Supreme Court overturned PASPA in the summer of 2018 giving each state permission to launch their own regulated and taxed market for their resident gamblers.

As those markets launch, sports gamblers can expect lots of freebies and bonuses as each sportsbook attempts to grab new customers, especially given that most states are offering huge initial tax breaks for that type of marketing.

The same goes for bet365, who are encouraging fight fans to subscribe to their ‘One on One’ YouTube channel in order to hear announcements regarding the chance to win tickets to UFC London and other UFC giveaways.

It’s an exciting time to gamble and now bet365 and the UFC will continue to deliver the goods.
