There are some fantastic home run props out there today, but some stand above the rest. Below are the three players we’re locked in on.
The Pirates have looked far more competitive to start the season, and Oneil Cruz is a big reason why. The 27-year-old has failed to be the superstar the Pirates hoped for, struggling to find any consistency at the plate. He posted the worst offensive season of his career last year, but is making up for it early in 2026.
Cruz enters this weekend’s series against the Cubs with a .292 average and four home runs. His last long ball came on Sunday, but Cruz has had a double in the last two games, showing the pop in his bat is still there.
The slugger will be facing Chicago starter Shota Imanaga (0-1, 4.50 ERA, 1.20 WHIP). While the lefty can be as good as anyone in the league, he struggles to keep the ball in the park. He gave up 31 home runs (4th most in MLB) last season and 27 the year before.
Cruz hasn’t posted a hit in five at-bats against Imanaga. However, the Pirates’ star will use his hot bat to change that today.

Bryce Harper isn’t the player he once was, but you wouldn’t guess it by watching him in April. After a sluggish start in March, he’s batting .320 with a pair of home runs over his first seven games of the month. Hitting the road has helped boost his stats, and we think that continues in Arizona tonight.
One reason for that is D-backs starter Michael Soroka (2-0, 0.90 ERA, 1.20 WHIP). He’s been incredible over his first two starts, but we know he doesn’t have the talent to keep things up. The 28-year-old hasn’t been the same since tearing his Achilles twice, causing him to miss the 2021 and 2022 seasons. Heading into 2026, Soroka is 8-20 with a 6.96 ERA since returning from those injuries.
Soroka isn’t know of giving up home runs, but he is due to fall back down to Earth against a great Phillies lineup. Expect him to get in trouble early as the raucous fans ensure he can’t get too comfortable. That will give Harper a chance to flash some serious power, leading us to lock this bet in.

The Yankees’ veteran slugger needs a road trip badly, and he’s about to get it.
After opening the season with a .500 average and one home run over his first five games, all of which were on the road. Things changed when he returned to Yankee Stadium, where he went 4-21 (.190). While he’s usually been better at home for New York, its clear he needs a change of scenery for at least this weekend.
Stanton and the Yankees will be up against Rays’ starter Steven Matz (2-0, 4.09 ERA, 1.00 WHIP) tonight. The veteran has failed to find much consistency in his career, often following up strong seasons with abhorrent stats in the next. That led him to the Rays, where he has shown both sides Matz after just two starts.
Tampa’s Tropicana Field is a pitcher-friendly park, but that hasn’t stopped the Rays from allowing the fourth-most home runs in the league to start 2026.
Matz has gone up against Stanton 19 times, with the Yankee star posting a .316 average with two home runs.
