The Packers enter as a road favorite
The Bears rushed for 288 yards on 58 attempts against the Packers this season
Love completed 65.8% of his passes for 311 yards and 3 TDs against Chicago this season
Saturday night brings us one of the most highly anticipated games of the weekend. The NFL’s oldest rivalry will return to center stage as the Green Bay Packers visit the Chicago Bears in the NFC Wild Card Round. While the Bears won the NFC North, they enter as a home underdog with many NFL betting sites. While they have the better team, can the Bears shake off years of failure to slay their archrival this weekend?
We’ll provide insights into our favorite same-game parlay for this NFC Wild Card matchup below, using odds taken from FanDuel Sportsbook. Join FanDuel today and claim your welcome offer: Bet $5, Get $300 in Bonus Bets if your bet wins. Read our FanDuel Sportsbook review for more info.

We have watched every moment of every Packer game this season, but cannot figure out why Caesars and other sportsbooks have made them the favorite for this Saturday Night matchup.
The Packers' defense may be improved with Trevon Diggs on the field, but we don’t buy it. The absence of Devante Wyatt has left a hole in the run defense, which has been exposed ever since. The loss of Micah Parsons destroyed the pass rush, leaving opposing quarterbacks plenty of time to find open receivers.
The Bears have all the tools to exploit the stars’ absences this weekend, especially with their backfield. In two games this season, the Bears rushed for a combined 288 yards on 58 attempts, for an ugly 5.0 YPC average. The Packers' interior defense has suffered more injuries since these teams last met, so count on them to run early on often this weekend.
Chicago got lucky to beat this Packers team in Chicago a few weeks ago, but the weather is often forgotten when discussing that win. We believe the extreme weather benefited the short-handed Packers, a view further supported by the team's loss in its final four games.

While he left with an injury early against his second season matchup with Chicago, the quarterback has shown he doesn’t fear their turnover-dependent defense. He has completed 65.8% of his 38 pass attempts for 311 yards and three touchdowns, and an interception.
While a turnover is likely, so is the Packers' reliance on the pass game. Josh Jacobs has not looked good, but the problem was recently masked by Malik Willis starting at quarterback. Since Love doesn’t have Malik’s running abilities, he has a better arm.
While the weather won’t be pretty, with snow and cold projected, we believe the need for fast scores and a stagnant run game will lead Love to surpass this total easily.

The Bears have gotten more value than anyone expected when they drafted Kyle Monangai in the seventh round. The back worked behind D’Andre Swift for most of the season, but took advantage of a mid-season start to take 26 carries for 176 yards. While his carry totals have dropped since, he remains equally efficient as Swift, meaning he will play a significant role on Saturday.
We talked about the Packers' run defense above so that we won’t repeat that here. Instead, we will focus on Monangai’s success against the Packers. He surpassed this total in both games, averaging 4.6 YPC. The physical runner will once again feast on the Packers’ broken defensive line, making this any easy leg to lock in.
