The Seahawks and Rams are both tied for the NFC West
Matthew Stafford is the MVP frontrunner
The Rams are favored by 2.5 points
The Rams and Seahawks have been two of the best teams in the NFL this season. The winner of this game will have a solo lead for first place in the NFC West. Get more insights at current division standings with our NFC West odds and predictions.
Los Angeles is currently the favorite to win the Super Bowl at +600. Seattle’s defense must come prepared to play if they want to have a chance to win.

Davante Adams has been one of the league’s most reliable touchdown scorers in recent weeks. He’s found the end zone six times in his previous three games and should stay hot against Seattle.
The Seahawks’ defense is talented but ranks 19th against the pass, which sets up well for Stafford and Adams to connect. Adams remains one of the most dangerous red-zone threats in the NFL, and should see plenty of targets near the goal line.
On the year, Adams has 42 receptions for 568 yards and nine touchdowns, the most in the league. A big reason for his success in 2025 is the presence of Puka Nacua on the opposite side, forcing defenses to pick their poison.
Adams also adds value after the catch as he is capable of turning short gains into explosive plays. I expect Stafford to look his way early and often, especially inside the red zone.

Kyren Williams continues to be the heart of the Rams’ rushing attack and one of Sean McVay’s favorite weapons in key moments.
Williams has three touchdowns over his last two games, including a two-score performance against the 49ers last week. The Rams have relied heavily on him all season and for good reason.
He’s racked up 146 carries for 659 yards and eight total touchdowns while also being a reliable option in the passing game. With little competition in the backfield, Williams’ high volume makes him a strong bet to score again this week.
I believe Los Angeles will lean on the run early, forcing Seattle to prove they can stop Williams and the Rams’ ground game.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has emerged as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL this season, which explains the high yardage prop. He’s topped this mark of 100.5 receiving yards in four of his last five games and six of nine overall.
Smith-Njigba ranks among the league leaders in targets, and his chemistry with Sam Darnold has been electric. Over the past four games, he’s been targeted 42 times, catching 29 of those passes for big gains week after week.
The Rams’ defense has been average against the pass, ranking 18th in the league while allowing 216 yards per game through the air. Even with creative coverages, it’s hard to see Los Angeles completely slowing down Smith-Njigba.
