I couldn’t find detailed info about how it works, tier thresholds, or specific benefits. The live chat agent told me that I’d find out more if my account gets enrolled, but didn’t provide any further information. Moonspin Elite needs some clarity and development to really shine, as currently it’s eclipsed by other offers.

Moonspin User Experience

Moonspin leans into the lunar name with its visual design, using a black background with white and blue text, buttons, and highlights. The user-friendly interface is simple to navigate, although I could do with a few more game filters and better organization.

I found Moonspin accessible and entertaining on desktop and mobile browsers, but there isn’t a Moonspin app. If you prefer playing social casino games on a dedicated cellphone app, try one of the best sweepstake casino apps.

One of the standout features of Moonspin’s user experience isn’t actually part of the website: the official Moonspin Discord server is a social hub that combines chats, customer support, and promotions.

Desktop

Scrolling around and exploring the modern interface, I enjoyed quick loading speeds, entertaining graphics, simple transactions, and smooth animations at every turn.

My GC balance was displayed at the top of the screen, with a drop-down menu to switch to my SC balance. There’s a button for the cashier next to the coins balance, where I browsed the GC purchase menu. Underneath this tab, you’ll see adverts for Moonspin’s latest promotions. It’s all nicely spaced and easy to understand at a glance. 

I could access my bonuses by clicking on the treasure chest in the header or the “Rewards” button in the sidebar. Clicking on the profile button let me view my account details, buy Gold Coins, redeem prizes, access promotions, and log out.

Players can toggle between English and Spanish in the side menu to adjust the display language for buttons and descriptions. It’s a handy feature but I can’t say that Moonspin is truly a dual-language casino as games, policy pages, and customer support default to English.

The gaming menu is organized by game categories and providers. I was able to view the games in any category by clicking “See All” underneath each title in the lobby, or clicking the sidebar buttons. When I clicked on a game, a pop-up prompted me to select GC or SC play, and I could scroll through recommended games and recent wins underneath the game screen.

There’s a search bar in the header and on the homepage that allowed me to look for games by software provider and title. I found the search bar and provider filters useful as Moonspin is missing categories for popular games like Megaways and roulette, and the slots category only showed 12 games. It was difficult to find all of the specialty games like scratchcards and crash games outside of the few in the “Instant Games” tab.

Overall, I was able to find and play plenty of varied games by using the categories, search bar, and recommended game sections.

Mobile

The homepage mentions a Moonspin mobile app, but I couldn’t find one in any app store. Customer support confirmed there’s no app yet. For now, players will have to stick to the mobile browser version for gaming on-the-go.

That’s no hardship, though, as the responsive website is optimized for mobile devices. I logged in via Safari on my iPhone 16 and was taken to a mobile homepage that follows the design of the desktop closely. I saw my coins balance front-and-center, and I was able to pull up the account menu sidebar by clicking the profile icon at the top-right corner of my screen.

The collapsible menus are ideal for the mobile site, as they save space on smaller screens. The most noticeable change from the desktop website is the addition of the bottom menu. This is the hub for navigating around the mobile site, and lets you jump from one section to another easily. I like that the Search function is always visible in this row.

Games are sized appropriately for smaller screens, and the mobile website didn’t feel clunky in the slightest. Instead, I enjoyed the same fast-loading speeds and snappy graphics I’d gotten used to seeing on my laptop. I’d recommend Moonspin from an experiential standpoint.

Moonspin Games

The majority of Moonspin’s catalog is made up of slots, with around 70 variety games and eight in-house originals. These variety games include scratchcards, crash games, bingo, and instant-win and arcade-style games. I like the addition of these novelty games for a change of pace, and it makes Moonspin stand out from alternative sweepstakes casinos.

While slots and specialty games take center stage, there are only a handful of table games and no live dealer games on offer. I spotted nearly 130 games labelled “Coming Soon” so I’m hopeful Moonspin will improve these sections in future.

Overall, Moonspin’s game library will appeal to casual players and beginners, as well as anyone looking for fresh games that aren’t available at other sites. I’d like to see more table games and live dealer games if they want to take their collection to the next level.

Slots

Moonspin Casino has over 1,200 slots from 25 popular software providers. The biggest contributors are Evoplay (228 slots), Habanero (180 slots) and Hacksaw Gaming (174 slots).

I was pleased to see top games including Kraken’s Hunger, 3 Super Hot Chillies, and the popular Le Bandit series by Hacksaw. I spotted KA Gaming among the providers on Moonspin but didn’t see that developer’s most popular fish shooter titles like Golden Dragon or KA Fish Hunter.

I didn’t notice any lag while browsing the game selection, and the search bar made it easy for me to find specific titles. The reels grabbed my attention with crisp animations, realistic spin mechanics, and thematic backstories that transported me to another dimension.

The “Trending” section shows the current hottest slots, including Joker Jam, Buffalo Wild Collection, and LooneyPOP. LooneyPOP is my favorite of the bunch with its retro sci-fi graphics and Zap Reel random boosters.

The game starts with a 5x3 reel grid that expands up to 5x6 with the PopWins mechanic, and 5x9 in the bonus round. The Zap Reel activates four features: Multiplier, Split Symbol, Expanding Winning Symbol, and Synced Reels. While I didn’t manage to hit the 50,000x max win, those Zap Reel features added variety and gave me some decent boosts.

Table Games

Moonspin has a handful of roulette games on deck plus HiLo, Sic Bo, and 21. There are no baccarat or video poker options, although there’s one blackjack game shown as “Coming Soon” from Evoplay. There’s no category for table games but I managed to find these titles by scrolling through providers and using the search bar.

I found Moonspin’s in-house single-zero roulette wheel nestled in the “Originals” section of the library. I was able to adjust the chip size, enter a specific bet amount, and select my numbers on-screen. Each round lasted approximately five seconds, so I didn’t have to wait very long before seeing whether I’d won or lost. 

It’s nice to have at least some table game options, but there is clearly room for improvement here.

Live Dealer

Moonspin Casino doesn’t have any live dealer games at the moment, so it’s not the ideal platform for seasoned players looking for live games. Try sites like DimeSweeps or Spree Casino instead, as both casinos feature several live dealer options.

Moonspin Originals

I clicked “Original Games” to access Moonspin’s in-house titles: Crash, When Moon Bro (another crash-style game), Chart Betting, Dice, Limbo, Hi-Lo, Wheel of Fortune, and Roulette.

Crash games let players decide when it’s time to cash out. The objective is to reach the highest win multiplier possible and cash out before the game “crashes” and you lose. I played When Moon Bro and watched as the flying car took off towards the stratosphere.

I watched a couple of rounds to get a feel for the game before having a go and saw rounds crash at 1.23x, 1.53x, 2.50x and 3.07x, before having a go myself. I got out in the nick of time before the game crashed at 1.29x, allowing me to take my 1.26x win and survive the round.

I clicked the floating speech bubble icon to open the live chat. I asked about the VIP program as I couldn’t see much information on the website, but the chatbot wasn’t able to answer me, so I asked to connect to a human agent.

After nearly 10 minutes, I was connected to Alex, who caught up on my chat history and replied to my questions in seconds. He told me that the VIP system automatically checks and enrolls accounts based on the past 30 days activity, but wasn’t able to give me more information.

My second interaction with the live chat was more successful. I connected with Liam after a minute's wait and asked about customer support availability. He checked my account details and gave me the information for my timezone (10:00-02:00 EST). I asked Liam about the VIP program as well, which he passed on to the rewards team and assured me I’d get a full response via email. 

Next, I emailed support@moonspin.us (listed in the footer) about the conflicting information on a Moonspin mobile app. I got a response from one of their agents in under an hour, who explained that there’s no app available yet but promised to update me of any changes.

I looked up Moonspin on X, Facebook, and Instagram. While the social media team routinely announces promoted games and offers, I couldn’t get a response from any agents on socials.
