Corey Seager may have won a World Series with the Texas Rangers, but he only got that ring because the Dodgers gave up on him. Those wounds stick with ultra-competitive stars like Seager, who seems to elevate his game whenever he faces off against his former team. We believe he’ll do so again today, making him one of our favorite home run props of the weekend.
Below, we’ll share our three favorite home run prop bets for today. Caesars Sportsbook provides all the odds we use. If you’d like to give the Las Vegas giant’s mobile sportsbook, use our promo code WSNDYW when signing up to unlock a “Bet $1, Double Your Winnings 10x” offer.

There are some fantastic home run props out there today, but some stand above the rest. Below are the three players we’re locked in on.
The former NL MVP is picking up right where he left off after an impressive 2025 campaign. He’s batting .372 with one home run and ten RBIs. While the home run came back during the team’s opening series, he has still been launching the ball, with two doubles and a triple over his last three games.
We like backing Yelich tonight largely due to his hot bat, but also love that he’ll face Foster Griffin (1-0, 2.70 ERA, 1.30 WHIP). The 30-year-old has only appeared in nine MLB games over his career, two of which were this season. While he’s started off strong, we saw his control start to struggle in his last start. That led to five hits and three walks, including a home run.
If Yelich can’t tag Griffin for a long ball, he’ll still have a great chance to cover his bet as he faces a Nationals bullpen with a 6.34 ERA.

The season is still young, but Royals fans are starting to wonder what is going on with Vinnie Pasquantino. The 28-year-old slugger broke out last season to hit 31 home runs and post 113 RBIs, but he’s failed to show the same flash early in 2026.
We are backing Vinnie to break out of his slump tonight with White Sox starter Erick Fedde (0-2, 4.09 WERA, 1.18 WHIP). The veteran righty has been bad over the last few seasons, making us doubt his decent start to this campaign. Given the state of the White Sox bullpen behind him (5.43 ERA), we expect Pasquantino to see plenty of favorable pitches.
The last time these two met, the Royals’ star took Fedde deep in his very first at-bat.

The Rangers veteran shortstop spent his first seven seasons with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He posted some impressive stats, but injuries limited his ability to stay on the field. That resulted in Seager going to Texas in 2022, but finding the same results.
We’d never bet on Seager to stay healthy, but we know he’s healthy right now. He started the season on fire, but cooled off when the team returned for their home opener. The shortstop needs a change of scenery to get his bat going again, and his former home field is the perfect solution.
Seager’s last trip to Dodger Stadium back in 2024, going 1-3 with a home run as he tries to show his former team what they’re missing.
The Dodgers will have a promising young starter on the mound in Emmer Sheehan (1-0, 8.00 ERA, 1.89 WHIP). After a strong 2025 campaign, the righty has struggled to open the season. He allowed four runs and a home run in both of his starts, lasting a total of nine innings.
Both of Sheehan’s home runs this season were against left-handed hitters like Seager, giving us even more reason to back the oft-injured star.
