The Bundesliga 2025/26 season begins on August 22 and ends on May 16
There will be the traditional winter break midway through the 2025/26 campaign
Harry Kane was the top scorer in the Bundesliga in the 2024/25 season
The Bundesliga top scorer 2025/26 will be determined over the course of the 34-game campaign that begins in August. As well as the race for the title, it will be intriguing to watch the battle to finish as the division’s leading goal-getter.
Harry Kane has won the prize in the last two seasons and he is once again the strong favorite to finish at the top of the goal charts. The England international has scored 10 goals already and he will be tough to dislodge. Perhaps an injury to Kane is the only way he could be stopped in the race to finish as top scorer.
Kane’s closest challenger will probably be Serhou Guirassy, who has notched four goals for Borussia Dortmund. However, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Can Uzun is ahead of him in the charts with five strikes to his name. Other outsiders include Patrik Schick, Michael Olise, Luis Diaz and Jonathan Burkardt.
